Situated in the tranquil hills of Velez-Malaga, with panoramic views of the Maroma mountains and the Mediterranean Sea. This cottage is self catering, Outside there is a 8m x 5m swimming pool with a volleyball net. Sun terrace with loungers, barbecue and dining area for al fresco dining. Relax with a glass of wine while taking in the views of Camares (the highest Pueblo in Andalucia, one of many white washed villages in the area). Casita Rosa is superbly situated for those who love to paint or enjoy walking and exploring Real Spain, or just sit and watch the eagles circle above. Whether you are just taking a break or thinking of buying a property in the Spanish countryside (el campo), come and experience the tranquillity beforehand.

| Bathrooms: | The bathroom is of a generous size with shower cubical, wash hand basin and wc. Hand and bath towels are supplied and changed weekly (beach towels not included). |
| Kitchen: | The kitchenette has a full size fridge, 4-ring hob, microwave oven and the compulsory wine rack where wines and beers can be purchased from the honesty bar. The dining area seats 4. |
| Living Rooms: | The lounge area has 2 comfortable sofas seating 5, Sky TV with DVD/CD player. There is an extensive DVD library. A door leads through to a lovely twin bedroom. |

Bed linen and towels are supplied (excluding beach/pool towels) and are changed weekly. |

Outside

Coast/Beach
Fantastic seaview looking down to Velez-Malaga and Torre Del Mar. North Africa can be seen on a clear day.
Within 15km of the Costa Del Sol beaches and yet a million miles apart.
It is only a 25 minute drive to the nearest coastal resort of Torre Del Mar with good clean beaches, many bars and restaurants for your enjoyment.
Travel
The nearest airport is Malaga and it is only approximately 45 minutes away by car. Car hire is essential.
Distances
The nearest town is Velez-Malaga only 15-20 minute away by car, the nearest costal resort is Torre Del Mar, and that is around 25 minutes drive away.
Further details
Velez-Malaga is the main town for this area and has all the shops and restaurants/bars you need. As with most rural properties 'Casita Rosa' is accessible via a 4km campo road (now partly concreted). We have tried to be as honest as possible with all our descriptions, to avoid any disappointments with your holiday.
Booking notes
20% deposit (non-refundable) required upon confirmation of booking, balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival.
Last minute bookings to be paid in full into a UK bank account. Cheques, 10 days and cash 5 days before arrival. Pay by credit card with PayPal.
Please leave your land line telephone number on all enquiries and times to call, in case of email problems.
On arrival a 100 euros deposit is required to cover any breakages. This is returned at the end of your holiday.
