With multiple golf courses in the surrounding areas, its the perfect location for golfing holidays, its just 10 mins drive from the fantastic Desert Springs resort. Situated in between the fishing villages of Villaricos and Garrucha there are plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from, and several new 4 star hotel resorts offering great amenities. Puerto Rey is just a 10 min drive from the buzzy nightlife in Mojacor. In summary, El Faro makes an all year round perfect self catering holiday location.

Other: As the weather is sunny and hot all year round, we have patio, terrace area with BBQ o­n the terrace for dining alfresco, and additional sunloungers and patio furniture for extra comfort. Looking onto communal pool area.

Accessibility
The property has both front and back access, the back access has a low step leading to back patio, making it fairly easy to push a wheelchair.

Outside
The terraces in the property are located on both sides of the apartment, meaning all day sunshine. The patio has both BBQ and table and chairs, with additional sun loungers. The gardens surrounding the property are well maintained, and offer a communal pool area with both large and children's pool. Access to road carparks at the front of property can be reached from back.

Coast/Beach
5 mins walk is the beautiful Vera Player, with beaches all along the 17 km Coastal Road to Mojacor, a different beach can be experienced every day.

Golf
Almería is Spain’s driest province, with over 3,000 hours of sunshine a year making Costa Almeria the sunniest province in Spain, and an ideal all year round golf holiday destination. The area is split into two for golf holiday three courses around 10 mins from the apartment; Desert Spring, Marina Golf and Valle del Este and another four courses within an hours drive; La Envía Golf, Playa Serena Golf, Alboran Golf and Golf Almerimar. The whole coast is booming in terms of tourism but you get a feel for the real Spain here, and there are many more golf courses under construction. Almeria is becoming increasingly popular with golfers and is now recognised as one of Spain’s premier golf destinations, it is easy to see why Almeria is now a serious rival to the more high-profile, and expensive golfing regions of the Costa del Sol, La Manga and The Algarve which are beginning to experience crowded courses where slow play can be a real issue.

Skiing
From end of October up to end of April there is also the possibility for Sierra Nevada skiing (136 km from Garrucha).

Travel
Nearest airport is Almeria - 1 hours drive, with Ryan Air and Easy jet, running daily flights. Murcia Airport is around 1.5 hours. Largest main Airport Alicante - 2 hours drive.

Further details
Local area, boast 3 large supermarkets, 2 banks, water park. Many new restaurants, bars and several 4 star hotels with many amenities.

Booking notes
Booking can be arranged directly via phone or email. Full payment and £100 security deposit is requested 8 weeks before travel, on contact, this is arranged directly and can be sent by cheque. Keys will be posted to you 2 weeks before travel. On leaving apartment, once keys are returned by post and property check is satisfactory, deposit will be sent back. Prior bookings can be secured with a £200 holding deposit
