The bright and spacious villa is well equipped with air conditioning/heating throughout the lounge and all the bedrooms, luxurious cream settees, contemporary wooden furniture and underfloor heating in both bathrooms. With the plot enjoying maximum hours of sun each day, the private pool (with Roman steps and lighting) and the spacious terrace are the best place for relaxation and sunbathing.

Changeover day
Changeover day is usually Saturday. Arrival time after 3pm. Departure time 10am. However, this may be flexible, please contact the owners regarding alternative changeover day and time.

| Bathrooms: | En suite fully tiled luxury bathroom to bedroom 1 with bath, underfloor heating, basin and WC. Fully tiled luxury family bathroom with large walk-in shower, vanity unity, underfloor heating, basin and WC. |
| Kitchen: | Modern, fully equipped kitchen with electric cooker, electric oven and grill, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, cooking utensils, cutlery, crockery and quality glassware. |

| Other: | French doors from lounge directly on to the terrace, overlooking the pool. Half of the large terrace is covered and equipped with table to seat 6 for outdoor dining. The rest of the terrace is an ideal place for sun bathing. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
The villa is cleaned before and after each occupancy. The pool is cleaned every Monday. A maid service can be arranged at an additional charge if required. Linen and towels are provided. Pool towels are also provided. However, please bring beach towels. |
Notes on accommodation
There is air conditioning/heating throughout the villa and underfloor heating in both bathrooms. No smoking inside the villa please. No pets please.
Outside
The villa is surrounded by a well-stocked garden. The lounge French doors lead direct on to the spacious terrace with table and seating to enjoy al fresco meals. The 8m x 4m private pool has Roman steps at the shallow end, underwater lighting and a dolphin tiled at the bottom of the pool. Sun loungers are provided to allow you to enjoy the all-day long sunshine. Steps from the terrace lead to the sunny garden.
Coast/Beach
There are several lovely beaches in the area both up and down the coastline. The closest beach is Cumbre del Sol's very own beach with clear water which is within 5 minutes drive away by car. There is a car park, 2 beach bars and toilets. Sun beds and parasols are available for hire. There are beautiful sandy beaches at Moraira and Javea (less than 10 minutes away by car) with many restaurants, cafe-bars and chidren's play areas.
Golf
There are several golf courses within 30 minutes drive. The closest is situated at Javea, less than 10 minutes drive away. La Sella, Oliva Nova and Ifach Golf Courses are all about 20 minutes drive.
Travel
The villa is conveniently located between Alicante airport (about 1 hour's drive) and Valencia airport (about 1 hour 20 minutes' drive). Car hire is essential to make the best use of the area and is available at both airports.
Distances
The 'Spanish' town of Benitachell with various shops is only a few minutes drive away. The attractive port of Moraira has lovely boutiques, restaurants and cafe-bars and is about 5 minutes drive. Javea, Calpe, Denia and Benidorm are all within 30 minutes drive away.
Further details
The local commercial centre (Los Lirios), where you will find a bank, shops, restaurants, bars and an Irish pub, is only 10 minutes walk away. There is a supermarket, a pharmacy and restaurants on the other side of the Cumbre del Sol within 5 minutes drive. There are many places to visit and things to do in the surrounding area. There are various boutiques, shops, restaurants and a marina in Moraira. The Friday market in Moraira is a typical Spanish market selling fresh fruit, vegetables, cloth, etc. The Terra Mitica theme park, Mundomar marine park and Aqualandia water park are only 25 minutes drive away in Benidorm.
Booking notes
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The balance plus the refundable key/breakage deposit of £200 is to be paid 8 weeks prior to commencement of your holiday. Payments may be made in either UK Pounds or euros. A welcome pack can be arrange at an additional charge.
