This is a great apartment situated in between Fuengirola and Marbella and only 30 minutes from Malaga airport. We love this flat which is part of a block with a shared swimming pool (open June-September), because it is so quiet and as a corner flat gets the benefit of the mountain breeze. We often walk down to "La Luna" beach and then stroll along to Capobino where there are many restaurants and another wonderful beach. The apartment itself is fully equipped with all the modern conveniences and many times we just stay on the upper roof terrace and BBQ. There are golf courses nearby, tennis courts and gyms so it allows us to stay fit when on holiday.

Changeover day
Changeover date is Saturday but is flexible. Arrival between 9am-11pm and departure time by noon.

| Bathrooms: | Large bathroom with double vanity sink, shower/bath bidet. Well lit vanity mirror over the double sinks. |
| Kitchen: | The kitchen has an electric stove with 4 burners, fridge/freezer, washing/dryer, microwave, coffee maker, caffetier, toaster,and plenty of pots and pans. Service for 6 and serving platters. |
| Utility Room: | This is a cupboard with mops and an ironing board. |
| Living Rooms: | The living room opens to the terrace and has wonderful sea view. It is moderately furnished and also has the dining table which seats 6. We have given this area a very light and open feeling. TV, stereo and DVD live here but can be transferred elsewhere. |
| Other: | The upper roof terrace is as large as the floor space of the flat below. It is accessed from the lower terrace. It is a great space to chill and relax and spend the day if you don't feel like going to the beach. We Love It! |

Notes on accommodation
There are ceiling fans which we have found to be enough due to the mountain breeze and the positioning of the flat. For those cooler evenings in the autumn and winter we have portable heaters. It is on the third floor of the building reachable by stairs only. All windows have shutters to block out the early sun which makes sit ideal for restful sleep. The lower terrace has awnings for those seeking some shade.
Outside
The shared swimming pool has ample space to lounge around and enjoy the sun or shade. There is a lifeguard on duty. The area is filled with luscious gardens.
Coast/Beach
5 - 10 minutes walking to a sandy beach with a restaurant offering tasty local cuisine.
Golf
Very close to many golf courses.
Travel
Malaga airport is just 30 minutes away. There is a wonderful bus sytem if you do not want to rent a car.
Distances
The "center" offers banks, restaurants, internet cafes, movie rentals, beauty salons, doctors and alternative medicine is just 5 minutes walk from the flat. Fuengirola and Marbella are just 15 minutes in either direction and the famous La Canada is 20 minutes away.
Booking notes
A security deposit of £100 returnable after the inspection of the flat. We require a 30% deposit as soon as the booking is confirmed and the balance to be paid upon arrival.
