A nice cool apartment Non Smokng with comfortable good quality furniture you can relax in properly. Set away from the busy main road giving quiet night times and fresh air. Shared pools around the complex with paddling pools and jacuzzi's. There are various bars and restaurants nearby as well as a new supermarket. Cabopino Beach and Port are about 20 minutes walk or less than 5 minutes in a car, there is a large car park to the rear of the beach. In a car you are about 15 minutes from central Marbella, La Canada Shopping Mall (huge supermarket plus various shops), 25 minutes from Peurto Banus or in the other direction 25 minutes from Fenguirola that has a Water Park as well as the usual town centre shops etc.

Bathrooms: One bathroom has the option of being en-suite to bedroom 1 or open for all depending on which door is open. Both bathrooms have full size bath with shower and curtain, toilet, bidet, wash basin with large mirror.
Kitchen: Fitted kitchen with ceramic hob, electric oven and grill, washing machine, full size fridge/freezer, water heater, twin bowl sink and anti-slip floor tiles.
Living Rooms: Comfortable 3-seater and 2-seater imitation leather sofas (3 seater converts in to sofabed with its own fold out matress) coffee table, side table, TV and DVD player, side board with stereo CD/tuner.
6 place dining table and chairs.

All linen and towels Included (except cot). Apartment will be cleaned prior to arrival and mid stay cleaning can be arranged to suit your length of stay.

 

Notes on accommodation
The apartment complex is fully fenced in with an extra fence around the pool area enabling you to keep a close eye on your children. The apartment has a high security multiple locking front door and bars on all the windows. The patio area also has large security gates secured with a padlock and chain.
Air conditioning is hot and cold. Underground car parking on the same level as apartment.
