This large air conditioned apartment has been recently re-furbished and will accommodate 6 people in comfort. It is situated close to the centre of the tourist area of Salou and all it´s amenities. Situated on the top floor (with lift) it has excellent views over Salou with the mountains of La Mussara in the distance and to the sea with views towards Cambrils & Miami Playa.

Changeover day
Changeover days are on Saturdays.

| Kitchen: | Fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, washing machine, 4 ring gas hob, electric oven and microwave. It also has a toaster, kettle, coffee maker, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. Door leads from kitchen to small terrace for drying laundry. |
| Living Rooms: | This apartment has a spacious lounge/diner with 2 large, new leather sofas and a dining table capable of seating 6 comfortably. It is also equipped with a 28” widescreen TV (with English Satellite TV channels) and DVD player. |
| Other: | The lounge has patio doors leading on to a large terrace which is west facing. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Towels and bed linen are provided (but not beach towels). For 2 week bookings or more the apartment is cleaned weekly together with fresh towels and bedlinen. |

No smoking is allowed within the apartment but is permitted on the terraces.
The apartment is suitable for children. High chair and travel cot are available to rent at very low cost.
Accessibility
The apartment is serviced by a lift. Wheelchair access is possible but restricted, please ask for further details.
Outside
Although there is no pool the beach is only 3 minutes walk away and most hotels will allow use of there pool facilities to non residents.
Coast/Beach
The apartment is only 75 metres (3 minutes walk) from the beautiful beach of Playa Capellans. This golden sand beach is situated in a small cove and has safe bathing. It is perfect for families with small children. The beach has umbrellas and sun loungers for hire and it also has 2 beach kiosks.
Golf
There are a choice of three interesting and challenging golf courses within easy reach of Salou.
The Aiques Verde at Reus , Tarragona Golf Course and the Bonmont Club de Golf; which is the home of the Catalan Open and a championship course.
Port Aventura has now opened it´s 3 golf courses, including one championship course all designed by Greg Norman.

Travel
Salou has excellent airport connections with a number of major airlines flying into Barcelona Airport (which is just over one hours drive hour away by car) and Ryanair, Thomsonfly and several other low cost airlines flying daily into Reus Airport, which is just 15 mins by car (only 8kms away).
Further details
On the ground floor of the building there is a medical centre and pharmacy. Just across from the apartment there are supermarkets, a bread shop, a general store, newsagent and gift shops. There is also a playground for children. There are also numerous bars and restaurants that serve English and Continental cuisine and are extremely well priced.
Port Aventura and Costa Caribe are approx. 25-30 minutes walk away or you can catch the road train or bus from the end of the road.
Booking notes
All bookings/reservations are confirmed by e-mail.
A deposit of 20% (subject to a minimum of £100) is payable on reservation and the balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival.
A security deposit of £100 is paid within the balance and then returned after your stay.
