Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. We are prepared to give discounts for long summer hire or winter breaks of greater than 3 weeks.

Changeover day
Changeover is on a Saturday but may be negotiable.

Accommodation
Bedrooms: Master bedroom has king size bed, dressing table, fully fitted cupboard, TV and door to terrace and en-suite bathroom.
Second bedroom has twin beds, fully fitted cupboards, door to small balcony and en-suite shower room.
Bathrooms: Main en-suite bathroom has a bath, seperate shower, sink with marble vanity surround, toilet and bidet.
The second en-suite has a power shower, toilet and sink with marble vanity surround.
Kitchen: The kitchen is fully fitted with ample cupboard space, good quality china, glasses, pans etc. There is an electric oven, large fridge freezer, ceramic hob, built in microwave, dishwasher and double sink.
Utility Room: The utility room is off the kitchen and has both a washing machine and tumble dryer.
Living Rooms: The large open plan airy living area leads onto a large terrace. There are 2 large sofas and 3 occasional chairs, plus a dining area for 8. There is Freeview TV, DVD, and a home cinema system.
Other: The large sunny terrace has a dining area for 4, ample seating and sun loungers, and overlooks the gardens and swimming pool. A poolside restaurant is open between March and October. The famous Traders Vics is on the complex. There is 24 hour security.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Bed linen and towels and pool towels are provided; the apartment is cleaned weekly (additional cleaning by arrangement).

Notes on accommodation
Alcazaba is very safe with guards patrolling the complex 24 hours a day. It also has 24 hour English speaking reception available to call taxis etc. The apartment is non smoking and is not suitable for young children.

Accessibility
Due to the position of the lift, you will encounter approximately 8 steps to get to and from the apartment.

Outside
The award winning gardens of Alcazaba are truly a tropical oasis; the interconnecting pools are surrounded by terraces with sun lounges and umbrellas. There is a lifeguard during the summer. There is an indoor leisure club which has a small heated pool, sauna and gym at a nominal weekly charge. The 24-hour reception/security speak English and can be called on to help with any problems. Parking is outside the apartment.

Coast/Beach
The beach is only 5 minutes walk. It has a full range water sports that can be hired and is considered a safe beach. There is a beautiful promenade which connects the port with the old town of marbella (approx 3 miles). Excellent for cycling, jogging or simply strolling and stopping at the many beach restaurants.

Golf
Within a few miles you can play golf at both championship golf courses such as Aloha, Las Brisas and Valderama. The golf school at La Quinta is within 15 minutes and there are a further 30 courses within easy reach. A golfers paradise.

Skiing
Sierra Nevada is 2 hours drive.

Special interest holidays
Sevilla and Granada are within a couple hours by car. You can get a ferry to Morrocco from Ceuta or Gibralata. The famous market at the ports bull ring can be found every saturday El Corte Ingles is within a five minute walk has a superb supermarket. Just imagine Harrods and Selfridges combined.

Travel
Malaga airport is 45 minutes by car; taxis are easy to get at the airport as are hire cars.

Distances
Marbella town is 10 minues by car, San Pedro is 5 minutes. Explore the hilltop towns of Ronda, Coin and Mijas all less than an hour by car.

Further details
Puerto Banus is famous for it's sophisticated elegance, designer boutiques and excellent restaurants. The spectacular marina with its vibrant night life must not be missed. You must save yourself for an ice-cream at Poggio with your after dinner stroll. The peaceful old town of Marbella with its fragrant orange square and narrow cobbled streets, full shops and restaurants is a contrast with the buzz of the port.

Booking notes
A 30% deposit is required if occupancy is more than 6 months from booking, 50% within 6 months, balance 8 weeks prior to occupancy. There is 20% cancellation charge if we are unable to rent the flat as result of a late cancellation. There is a 10% discount for more than 2 weeks occupancy.
