My apartment is of a deluxe standard and prices are competitive for accommodation of a similar standard in Puerto Banus, however, if you feel you have received better rates elsewhere then I would consider matching them.

Bedrooms: The bedroom is furnished in distressed Mexican pine including a large dressing table, high quality beds which can be made up as 2 twins or 1 double. A professional hairdryer is also provided + your own foot spa! Bedroom TV receives Sky from lounge TV.
Bathrooms: The bathroom has a full size bath with integral shower and glass shower screen and a large lighted mirror over a marble sink and is light and airy with 2 windows.
Kitchen: Fully fitted kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, oven, grill, hob, microwave.
Utility Room: Clothes airer.
Living Rooms: The lounge is furnished in wrought iron and glass and is home to a beautiful real log fire place, 3 seater sofabed and 2 seater settee, large dining room table and chairs. The lounge has its own terrace overlooking the gardens. TV, DVD player, CD stereo.
Other: A welcome pack of tea, coffee etc. is provided. The complex has impressive 24hr security and there is a private safe. Please note that the apartment (apart from terraces) is 'Non-smoking'.

Outside
South-facing lounge terrace with table and chairs for alfresco dining as well as a private roof terrace with sun-loungers and all-day sun to match! Overlooking one of many beautiful swimming pools.

Coast/Beach
From the arch of Los Naranjos de Marbella it is only a 20 minute walk along a pretty tree-lined road to the heart of Puerto Banus. Or use the excellent bus service from outside my apartment gate to get you to the port within 5 minutes!

Golf
The location is perfect for pool worshipers, golfers and beach lovers alike as it is at the entrance of Nueva Andalucia, home to 4 magnificent golf courses. Los Naranjos de Marbella is next to Europe's only floodlit golf course, La Dama de Noche, and very close to 3 other magnificent courses: Aloha, Las Brisas, Los Naranjos where you can play all year round. The Marbella Golf Academy is just around the corner.

Travel
Nearest airport: Malaga. I can organise a discounted airport transfer (currently €50 each way) where you would pay the driver direct or you may wish to hire a car which you can pick up and drop off at Malaga Airport. Alternatively, there is an airport shuttle bus which runs directly between Malaga Airport and Marbella Bus Station which is a short taxi ride away from my apartment.

Distances
A great location from where you can visit the nearby towns of Marbella, San Pedro, Estepona, Benehavís, Fuengirola, Benalmadena, Mijas, Sotogrande and Gibraltar. And further a field you can venture into Ronda, Seville and Granada or ski at the Sierra Nevada ski resort. Alternatively you can take a boat trip over to Morocco! Tivoli World, Prado World, Sea Life, Mijas Aqua Park and Selwo Safari Park are all nearby.

Further details
The apartment is well located within the Los Naranjos de Marbella urbanisation, nearby to our 'La Flor de los Naranjos' clubhouse where you will find an exceptional restaurant and bar. The bar/brasserie with internet terminals overlooks the clubhouse swimming pool, poolside-bar and tennis/paddle courts. There is a small supermarket just behind the clubhouse. We can also arrange an airport collection for just €50. In April 2009 the on-site supermarket and shops will open, just a 2 minute walk from my apartment.

The apartment is far more spacious than we had anticipated which was a pleasant surprise. Joanne has endeavoured to supply everything you could possibly need and appears to have put a lot of thought into ensuring guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The terrace is lovely and the sun terrace in the turret up the marble stairs is a really good facility that we were especially taken with! The apartment has a light and airy atmosphere conducive to relaxation. It was an absolute pleasure to stay here and we would have no hesitation in recommending the apartment to friends and relatives. We had no problem with the location, not far from the port but far enough to be away from the hustle and bustle. From experience, renting apartments or villas can be a bit hit or miss but we are pleased to say, this was most definitely one of the best we have stayed in."
