Notes on accommodation
This property is heated and air conditioned. Ideally suited for family holiday's. Guests will be expected to treat this property as if it were their own. This is my own house which I like to take care of. I try to keep the rentals costs down as much as possible. However there are a few people who have abused the facilities in the past. Therefore the electricty meter readings shall be recorded and any excessive electricity usage shall be deducted from the security deposit. As electricity is expensive in Spain. All I ask is for the air-conditioning units and heaters to be switched off when you leave the property or the room(s) are un-occupied. Thanking you in advance for your consideration.

Travel
Alicante is a 10 minute drive away. All amenities are within walking distance therefore a car is not necessary. Taxis are available and a bus service is available.
Distances
Terra Mitica Theme Park, Aqua Parks, Safari Park and Benidorm are a 30 minute drive away. Santa Pola is a 5 minute drive away.
Further details
Local bars and restaurants and small convenience store are an 8 minute walk away. The local supermarket is a 20 minute walk away.
Booking notes
Rental is generally for couples and families only. £100 deposit is required to secure a booking. This deposit is also used for security against any loss or damage. This deposit is refunded (minus any deductions if applicable) after the property has been inspected. Full payment is required six weeks prior to rental commencement. No single sex groups. Any groups aged under 25 will be subject to a £200 per person (refundable) breakage deposit. There is a further charge of £30.00 to cover laundry.
