Our second floor apartment boasts superb views of the third fairway, the pool and the mountains beyond. Living locally, we are able to provide guests with a level of luxury usually associated with a ‘First Class Hotel Suite’. Furnishings are of a very high standard and are fully coordinated throughout. Each bedroom opens onto a balcony that enjoys glorious morning sunshine, perfect for breakfast. The spacious front terrace overlooks a large communal pool and the golf course beyond. It really is the perfect location if it’s relaxation or golf that you crave.

Bedrooms: 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds and built-in wardrobes. Each bedroom has independent air-conditioning (heating/cooling) and spectacular views of the surrounding countryside to the east.

Kitchen: Very well equipped with fridge/freezer, washing machine, cooker, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, comprehensive range of cooking utensils, cutlery, crockery and glassware. Iron, ironing board and clothes airer.
Living Rooms: Spacious lounge with comfortable settee and 2 armchairs. Dining area with extending table and chairs for 4. central heating, air conditioning, TV with British, Spanish, French and German channels, DVD player, free 2Mb Broadband Internet connection.

La Torre is a year round resort - central heating for winter use, air-conditioning in lounge and both bedrooms. La Torre enjoys a welcoming breeze at times. Children over 5yrs welcome. We would appreciate it if you didn't smoke within the apartment.

Golf
La Torre Golf course - 18 holes, par 68, four sets of tees. Provisional distance: white, 5,350 metres; yellow 4,934 metres; blue, 4,422; red, 3,822 metres. Created in a Floridian style, featuring 3 large lakes and over 5 hectares of sculptured bunkers, this course adapts to golfers of all levels. The large bunkers create a dramatic look thus helping to separate the holes while dictating some of the course strategy. The lush landscape of palms, trees and native shrubs and grasses subtly changes throughout the course creating a beautiful setting for golfers and residents alike. An intelligent irrigation system, smaller irrigated turf grass areas, and drought tolerant landscaping combine to create an ecologically sensitive project. La Torre features an extensive practice area with a large driving range, practice fairway/greenside bunker and a large practice putting green. Club hire can be arranged.

San Javier - nearest airport 20 minutes away. Alicante airport around 60 minutes.
