Changeover day
Saturday. Arrival at 17.00h and departure at 10.30h.

| Kitchen: | The 25 m2 kitchen has been modernised to a very high standard, with a large isle/bar, eating table for 8 people, new hob and oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The kitchen is fully equipped including an Osmotic water system |
| Utility Room: | The utility room has a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and iron board and a drying rack. |

Notes on accommodation
The villa is very spacious and in an excellent location to enjoy the stunning beaches of Sa Riera and Illa Roja without the need of driving. The large garden in between the house and the pool is ideal for kids play and eating outdoors.
Outside
The villa has large swimming pool (10 x 4m) with good size lawn area and a decking on its perimeter. The lawn area and pool decking are surrounded by mature trees which provide good solar shading. There are six deck loungers. There is private off road parking for 2 cars.
Coast/Beach
Sa Riera beach is 10 min walking from the house (the way back is up hill). Illa Roja is a 20 min walk. Guests can drive to the other secluded coves of Sa Tuna (5 min) and Aiguablava (10 min) or to Calella and Llafranc (20 min).
Golf
There are three excellent golf courses within 10 min driving: Empordà Golf, Platja de Pals Golf and Serres de Pals Golf within 10 min driving from the villa.
Skiing
Family orientated resort Vallter 2000 is only 1.30h away driving.

Girona is the nearest airport which is approx 45min drive. Barcelona airport and Perpignan (France) are approx 1h 45min drive.

Further details
Begur is in the middle of the Empordà region which as a whole is beautifully kept and highly rated mainly due to the non existance of mass developments and the respect for the environment.

"My wife, two kids (ages 6 and 10) and I spent an amazing two weeks at this house and we would return without question". Location: the house could not be better located. We looked into many areas along the Costa Brava and visited many more when we were there. Based on proximity to the beach and shops and restaurants (easy walk), and the close driving distance to tons of towns (Begur and Pals, especially), we felt as if we were in the best possible location.
The house was well-maintained and clean.
Kitchen worked out very well with everything we needed to prepare meals at home, and the bathrooms were newly remodeled and spacious. Beds were very comfortable.
Owner Eloi was friendly, welcoming and helpful, providing information on the surrounding area.
Our kids loved the pool and the beach, in particular the small cove just to the left when you are facing the sea.

Hello.
I am a Spanish Arquitecto Técnico and also a qualified Chartered Surveyor (I worked in London for 6 years) now working and living in Begur.
I love this area for its beauty but in particular because we have managed to avoid the frenzy mass development of the last 10 years which has destroyed other Spanish Costas.
I enjoy training for and competing in the occasional triathlon.

Three main reasons: Location, location, location. This area won "the best landscape in Catalonia" on the national TV programme conducted in 2009.
