In the immediate area there are several courses including the 9 hole Casares Golf & Country Club, Finca Cortesin (a Jack Nicklaus Academy Course) and the stunning 18 hole Dona Julia course. Casares Golf & Country Club, Dona Julia and Finca Cortesin are within 5 minutes of the apartment. There are more than 20 1st class golf courses in the surrounding area including the most famous gold clubs of Valderama, San Roque and Sotogrande. The apartment is approximately 45 minutes from Malaga airport and 30 minutes from Gibraltar. It is advisable to hire a car in order to enjoy your stay fully.

Notes on prices
All prices quoted include supply of electricity, water, linen, towels (excluding beach and pool towels) and cleaning of the apartment at the end of the holiday. For two week rentals linen and towels will be changed after the first week. Short breaks available on a daily rate. Please call.

Outside
The development has lots of open spaces and gardens. It has 6 good sized fenced and gated swimming pools each with a smaller one designed for children.
Coast/Beach
Approx 10 mins walk to the beach where beach bars and local convenience stores can be found.
Golf
The apartment is ideally situated for golfers. In the immediate area there are several courses including the 9 hole Casares Golf & Country Club, Finca Cortesin an excellent facility 5* (a Jack Nicklaus Academy Course) and the stunning 18 hole Dona Julia course (need a buggy, good design 4*)

San Roque - Old and new course both excellent and cheaper than Sotogrande 5*
Skiing
Skiing on the slopes of Sierra Nevada Granada approx 2-3 hours away.
Special interest holidays
Casares del Sol is well situated to take advantage of some great hiking. There are numerous walks ranging from gentle beach strolls through some medium grade country rambles right up to some serious trekking in the local mountains. For bird watchers there is a huge variety, both indigenous and migratory, including Griffon and Egyptian Vultures, Booted and Short-toed Eagles, Spanish Imperial Eagle, Peregrine Falcon, Merlin, Bee Eaters, Collared Pratincoles, Green Sandpipers, Caspian Terns, Audouin's Gulls, Storks and Flamingoes. Whatever you like there is something for everyone in Casares del Sol.
Travel
The apartment is approx 45 mins from Malaga airport and 30 mins from Gibraltar. Superb road access from the airports along the Costa del Sol by motorway (A7/N340) or new toll road (AP7). Directions and site map are provided when booking. It is advisable to hire a car in order to enjoy your stay fully.

Booking notes
25% upon reserving apartment (non refundable). Balance due 8 weeks prior to departure.
Breakages/Security Bond: A bond of £150 is taken to cover any breakages, damage to the property, lost keys, etc, This will be returned to you once we have received the keys and checked the property, approx 2 weeks after departure.
Cancellation Policy: 50% charged if cancelled within 8 weeks. 75% charged if cancelled within 4 weeks. 100% charged if cancelled within 7 days.
