A peaceful location with no traffic noise, but only 2 minutes walk from all the activities. This house is set in one of the oldest parts of the town dating back some 400 years and has been modernised to ensure all your creature comforts are catered for. A fresh bright house tastefully decorated with large lounge, four bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and outside terrace. Recently the house has benefited from the addition of a delightful second bathroom. The new bathroom comprises a full size walk in shower, a double ended bath, twin sinks toilet and is beautifully finished and decorated in Spanish tiles. Also includes a very large upper roof terrace with spectacular views of the surrounding countryside and views of the village of Vejer. The roof terrace includes an outside BBQs. Ideal for sunbathing and leisure.

Notes on accommodation
This house is an old traditional yet fully modernised with a lovely spacious feel. You are welcome to bring your children but, we must point out that the terrace, although fully safe and secure is high up with spectacular views. No pets are allowed. Electric heating keeps the house nice and warm in the colder months.
Accessibility
Suitable for disabled access as the house has no stairs and all bedrooms are on the same floor, although no special disability needs have been included.
The only stair in the house are up to the Upper roof terrace.
Outside
The house includes a lower terrace with views of the local village and mountains. Includes table and chairs for outside dining and resting. The Upper terrace includes a fully secure 70sq Meter roof terrace with panoramic views of the town Hills and surrounding countryside, ideal for sunbathing and shaded areas for dining and relaxing.
Coast/Beach
The beautiful beaches are only 10 minutes drive away and you will find some of the most special sunsets you will ever see. The beach is also very good for water sports and surfing especially, with beach huts and local bars and some fine beach restaurants, this is a lovely place to spend the days sun bathing. Most of the following beaches have water sport facilities - El Palmar, a lovely unspoilt natural beach - 10 mins (car), Barbate beach - 10 mins (car), Trafalgar beach - 15 minutes (car).
Golf
The house is only 5 minutes drive from Montenmedio golf course, an 18 championship course set in a beautiful location with special views of the town and local countryside. At the golf course you can hire clubs and a buggy. In the local area there are 10 different courses to challange your skills. Arrangements can be made for you, including tee times and competition formats. Other course include, San Andres Golf Course Chiclana (18 holes) - 25 kilometers, Novo Sancti Petri Golf Club and Sports Centre (27 holes designed by Seve) - Chiclana 26 kilometers, Benalup Golf Club & Health Spa great for the ladies this one (18 holes) - 20 kilometers, Sherry G.C. Jerez (18 holes) - 50 kilometers, Montecastillo Golf Club and Spa, Jerez (18 holes ) the home of the Volvo Masters - 55 kilometers, San Luca (18 holes) - 50 Kilometers.

We can arrange special holidays for the golfing and riding people with some excellent local facilites on the door step. These can be tailored for you. Including hill walking, touring, riding, sherry tasting and many others.
Travel
Local airports are Jerez, Gibraltar, Sevilla and Malaga. All the airports include excellent facilites for car hire, although if you wish to travel with car hire the best airport is Jerez where local transport to Vejer can be arranged for you.

Further details
The town is a packed with some fine bars, restaurants, local community are very welcoming for the history hunters with some fine historic building monuments to explore, with some of the most spectualar views you will find anywhere.
