This charming self contained property has one large luxury double bedroom. Separate lounge/diner, Shower room and separate newly fitted kitchen plus gas BBQ. It is situated on the edge of a pretty Spanish village and has stunning views across the valley to the Cabrera mountains and the nearby village of Los Alias. There are sun beds, outside dining furniture and sofas. Cariatiz is 40 minutes from Almeria Airport and 25 minutes from the coast resort of Mojacar, Garrucha and Vera where you will find long sandy beaches and an abundance of restaurants and bars. There are golf courses nearby and the cliff hanging town of Sorbas is 15 minutes drive away, which is famous for its ceramics and caves. There are many beautiful walks right on the doorstep or you can just relax and chill out by the pool.

We also run a quad bike rental business and could arrange local treks into the mountains and surrounding areas.
Travel
40 minutes drive from Almeria Airport. 1 hour 15 mins from Murcia Airport. 2 hours from Alicante Airport. Car hire is essential.
Distances
The villages of Cariatiz are within easy walking distance where you will find a small supermarket for your basic needs, two bars and a restaurant. Large supermarkets within 25 minute drive. Only 2 hour drive from the beautiful city of Granada and the Alhambra Palace. Within easy driving distance to many Spanish villages including Lubrin, Bedar and Sorbas all with their own unique charm.
Further details
The town of Sorbas is about 15 minutes drive where you will find banks, pharmacy, shops and restaurants. Sorbas is also well known for its ceramics and caves.

Deposit of £50 per week to be paid by bank transfer into English account on booking. Balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival.
