Prices are for the property per week in euros. There is an additional charge of 120 euros per week and airconditioning/heating charged at 50 euros/week if required.
Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible but to allow for cleaning etc we ask that guests arrive after 4pm and depart by 10am.

| Bedrooms: | On the ground floor there are two twin bedrooms with fitted wardrobes. On the first floor there is a twin bedroom also with fitted wardrobes and on the upper floor is the 'Torre suite' with a double room with fitted wardrobes and en-suite bathroom. |
| Bathrooms: | On the ground floor and first floor the bathrooms have full suites including bidet and in the 'Torre suite' the bathroom has a wc, shower and bidet. |
| Kitchen: | There is a fully fitted kitchen on the ground floor with oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher etc and on the first floor there is another fully fitted kitchen also equipped with oven/hob, microwaver, dishwasher etc. |
| Utility Room: | There is a separate utility room with washing machine and tumble drier accessed from the ground floor kitchen. |
| Living Rooms: | On the ground floor adjacent to the swimming pool and garden terrace is a lounge with satelite TV, DVD and music system. On the first floor a large, more formal lounge/dining room again with TV, DVD and music system. A terrace is accessed from both areas. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Towels (excluding beach towels) and linen are provided (one set per person), the villa can be cleaned and laundry changed mid stay if required for an additional cost. |

A large private swimming pool 7 x 3 m with gardens and fabulous views to Almunecar on the lower level of the property, with sun loungers and a covered dining terrace area. There are several additional terraces from various rooms of the villa. A private parking area is located at the top of the property.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beaches are 5 minutes drive although there is an abundance of beaches including naturist beaches along the Costa Tropical coast.
Golf
There are several golf courses within less than 1/2 an hours drive from the villa.
Skiing
The popular 'Sierra Nevada' ski resort is a little over an hours drive from Almunecar.
Special interest holidays
Almunecar has many places of historic or nature interest, museums, parks and gardens and for the more energetic of us there are water sports, scuba diving schools, walking clubs etc. The cosmopolitain 'Marina del Este' is nearby and there is a great waterpark 'Aqua Tropic' in the town therefore offering something for everyone.
Travel
Almunecar is less than 1 hours drive from 2 international airports, Malaga and Granada.
Distances
Almunecar town, shops, banks and supermarket are approximately 5 minutes by car as are many quality restaurants and bars.
