Large garden with mature trees and shrubs. At the front there is a large terrace area with garden furniture and barbecue. Swimming pool (8x4m) with garden furniture. Drive with space for two cars. All private and secure with a lockable sliding gate.
Coast/Beach
Nearest beach 15 minutes walk. This area of the Costa Brava is reknown for its spectacular coastline with wide sandy beaches and small rocky coves.
Golf
There are several golf courses within a short drive offering challenging sport for all levels of players.
Travel
The nearest airports are Gerona (40km, 40 minutes drive), and Barcelona (90km). Both are served by low cost airlines. A car is recommended to appreciate this area.

Further details
The area supports a wide range of sports. The coast is ideal for diving and snorkelling, as well as boating with a variety of boat hire outlets. Golf, tennis, riding, hiking and cycling, as well as extensive amenities for children and teenagers.
Las Islas Medeas offer some of the best diving in Spain. Regular excursions depart from L'Estartit, 20 mins drive away. There are numerous local diving clubs and schools, which offer courses and local dives along the coast or excursions to Las Islas Medeas.
Only a few kilometres inland you will find lively villages with impressive medieval architecture: Pals, Peratellada, Palau-Sator, Begur and a huge wealth of early Romantic churches and cloisters. Catalonia has a vibrant and rich culture - including the Dali museum in Figueres and Gerona with one of the most beautful pold town centres and cathedrals in Spain. A trip to Barcelona (90 minutes by train) and the Pyrenees are also within easy reach.
