Close by is the world famous 5 star Byblos Hotel. 10 mins to beach and towns of La Cala and famous beach resort of Fuengirola with it's renowned aqua park. 20 mins from Malaga airport and international resort of Marbella and Puerto Banus with luxury shopping, restaurants and bars. Car hire can be arranged. Meet and greet service available.

Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. 10% reduction for rentals of 4 weeks or more. When balance of payment is due (usually 8 weeks before the start of the holiday).

Travel
20 mins drive to Malaga airport. Use of car hire is recommended. Car hire can be arranged at a competitive price.

Close to charming Mijas Village, Fuengirola and La Cala.
20 mins to Marbella and Puerto Buenos.
Further details
Only a 5 mins drive from La Hacienda is the fabulous Myramar shopping complex and multi cinema. Every type of shop can be found here, along with a fantastic choice of restaurants.
Whilst these apartments are non smoking - you may of course smoke on the terraces.
Please note that same sex parties under the age of 20 are not accepted.
Booking notes
50% of holiday cost is due on booking as deposit. Balance of 50% is due 8 weeks prior to arrival. 100 (£70) euros is required as security deposit This is refunded when the property has been checked on your departure and keys to apartment have been returned. Maid service can be available for an additional charge. From November to March For a booking of 3 weeks you can have one week free stay ie 4 weeks for the price of 3. For let of 6 months will be 650 euros pcm.
