On the first floor there is a queen size bed suite with its own bathroom, 2 double bedrooms and a full bathroom. A play room is located in the second floor which can be used as an additional bedroom. It has also a solarium with sea views. 2 car spaces. Calella was an old and traditional fishing village. Crystal clear waters, all year round, beaches and coves create one of the most beautiful areas of Catalonia. on the Costa Brava. An ideal place for sea sports, especially scuba diving. The town has all facilities, supermarkets and typical cozy restaurants. There are interesting historical and cultural visits to be made, Barcelona City, Dali Museum, Iberian, Romanic and Greek ruins all within 70 miles. 4 golf courses in the area.

Notes on accommodation
A welcome pack will be provided on arrival, which should cater for some of your immediate needs and a local person will be on hand to answer any questions you may have as to the functioning of the house or about the surrounding area. Our aim is to make your stay as comfortable as possible.All villages have heating system and children are welcome.

Each villa has 4,5 x 6m private swimming pool, garden, back and front terraces, outside furniture and a portable barbecue.
Coast/Beach
There is 1 minute walking from the the house to the beach "El Golfet" cove, is one of most scenic beaches. There are many more others.
Golf
The property is within 15-20 minute drive of three good Golf Courses Emporda Golf Club, Serres de Pals, and Pals Golf Club. There are several others within an hours drive.

Scuba diving. There are various centres to arrange excursions.
Boat excursions.
Cultural visits which can be made include Barcelona City, the Dali Museum, the Iberian village of Ullastret, romanic villages of Pals and Peretallada as well as the Greek ruins of Ampurias all within 80 minutes drive.

The area known as Calella de Palafrugell is very popular with people from Barcelona and as such offers every modern amenity one could think of, from great restaurants of all culinary types to beach bars, cafes salsa clubs. The area is served by many different types of shops and supermarkets.
Booking notes
Above rental rate is for a maximum of 6 people (adults or children). There would be a charge for each extra person of 150 euros per week. Security deposit of 500 euros required for each letting and refunded 2 weeks after departure. 30% of rental is payable on reservation, balance (including deposit) is payable 4 weeks before arrival or cash at the time of checking after 5 pm. Baby's cot and dining chair is available free. Bedlinen, towels available to hire 100 euros. Last house clean 100 euros.
