Changeover day
Changeover day is Saturday. There is a possibility of flexibility in low season. Guests are requested to depart by 10am (unless otherwise agreed). In order to allow for cleaning, the apartment will be made available for arrival at 4pm.

Underfloor heating. Fans in both bedrooms. Secure entrance to building, garden and pool area. Large reception area with friendly concierge on duty from Wednesday to Sunday (9.30-2pm and 4-7.30pm.) Ideal for children. Lift to all floors.

Accessibility
All the communal spaces, halls and entrance hall, are very spacious. The swimming pool has a ramp leading up to it and also another ramp down into the shallow end of the water. The garden has gravel paths which make it a little harder to manoeuvre across.
Outside
There is plenty of parking around the apartment block. The main pool is knee deep at one end, as is the round baby pool.
Coast/Beach
Sta Margarida beach is 10-15 mins walk from the apartment.
Golf
The nearest golf course is in Peralada, 30 mins by car.
Travel
Airports: Figueres 20 mins, Girona - 40 mins, Perpignan - 80 mins, Barcelona - 90 mins.
Ryanair flies to Girona. There are buses to Roses or you can hire a car. If you drive from Girona airport, take the motorway to Roses, exit no 4. If you drive from Perpignan, take exit no.3, Figueres.
