Stay in a beautiful studio flat overlooking the Alameda de Hercules, the new fashion and artistic heart of old Seville. Artists and flamenco studios jostle for position in the narrow picturesque streets while trendy new restaurants and cafés happily thrive along side more traditional tapas bars and patisseries that line the newly restored square. ‘Casa Mavi’ is an exquisitely restored studio garret flat. The 16 sq.m studio has one bed/living room with a comfortable double sofa bed, fitted wardrobe. There is a separate bathroom and kitchen, but it is the 18m2 private roof terrace, where you can dine or soak up the sun year round, that make it irresistible. The owners speak a number of languages and are always happy to be called on to provide advice or recommendations to make the most of your stay in Seville. Cathedral-Alcazar 10 minute walk. Fine Arts museum and main shopping streets 5 minute walk. Water sports 10 minute walk. Golf, riding and other outdoor activities 30 minutes.

The house is not ideal for people with mobility problems as the original stairs are steep.

Acclaimed Flamenco dance studio in the next street. Language schools and Flamenco guitar studios 5 minutes walk. The best fish, fruit and vegetable in the city is a 10 minute walk.
