Both apartments have breathtaking views of the Subbetica Natural Park and are the ideal place for a break away from it all. Situated in central Andalucia this is the ideal place to explore all the major cultural delights of Andalucia. Granada and the Alhambra, Cordoba and the Mezquita, Sevilla and the Giralda, Malaga, Ronda and the Costa del Sol are all within easy reach and great day trips.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week and per night in UK pounds sterling. Minimum stay is two nights, rate is £60 per night for the roof terrace apartment and £50 per night for the patio apartment. For more than two nights' stay the prices are as quoted above. Payment requested in euros but please ask at time of booking. Long winter lets considered.

Bedroom with double bed, fitted wardrobe, trunk, bedside cabinet, reading light, hairdryer and ceiling fan. Shower room with shower, wash hand basin and WC. Lounge/kitchen with pair of wicker armchairs and wicker table, fridge/freezer, hob, microwave, sink, toaster, and kettle. Large terrace has table and chairs, sunloungers, barbeque and parasols. |

Notes on accommodation
Both apartments have electric heating for the cooler months.
Ceiling fans are in the bedrooms and free-standing or table top fans are provided in the bedrooms and lounges.
Accessibility
Four steps lead to the apartment with roof terrace and a flight of steps leads gently down to the second apartment.
Outside
All outdoor furniture is provided for the apartments. The pool is for sole use of our guests and is 10m by 5m surrounded by a very large terrace with plenty of sunloungers
Coast/Beach
The beaches of the Costa del Sol are about an hour away and the beach at the lake in Iznajar is 15 minutes away.
Golf
Golf at Antequera Golf is just 35 minutes away.
Skiing
Sol y Nieve ski resort in the Sierra Nevada is just an hour and a half away.
Travel
Malaga airport - 50 minutes
Granada airport - 40 minutes
Seville airport - under 2 hours
Gibraltar - about 3 hours
Jerez - about 3 hours
Madrid - 5 to 6 hours

Local village of Fuente del Conde with its lively bar/restaurant and large terrace for sunset dining -1km.
Iznajar, a pretty white village, has a clifftop position high above the Lake of Andalucia, boasting a medieval church and Moorish castle - 10km.

Small but well stocked supermarket in the local village, other small supermarkets in Iznajar.
Large supermarkets in Rute (20 mins), Lucena (45 mins), Antequera (35 mins) or Archidona (25 mins).
Great selection of local restaurants in the area, within 20 minutes of the apartments.
Banks available in Iznajar or any of the larger towns.
Horse-riding nearby.
A fantastic place for walking as most farmland is not private access. Great walks to the had in the Subbetica Natural Park in and around Prieo de Cordoba. Also the opportunity for a guided walk every Wednesday with a walking group.
A great place for cycling using the converted train track running through the Subbetica - the Via Verde - or taking a more challenging option off road.
