The views in all directions are striking, and the pathways in the development have been designed with pergolas and little plazas where you can relax and enjoy the peace and quiet of the surrounding countryside. A series of garden areas, fountains and waterfalls refresh the atmosphere. And the waters of the two magnificent community swimming pools, one with a panoramic view and the other an infinity swimming pool which blends into the blue sea.

The bedrooms in this townhouse are upstairs also stairs to the roof terrace. However there is a sofabed on the ground floor (Double).

Outside
There are two shared pools, non heated. The S shape pool is open all the year round and is warm enough from May onwards. The second pool, the infinity pool is open from June onwards.

Coast/Beach
In Almunecar, there is an open air market every Friday and a craft and Flea Market on Saturdays. The nearest beach is a 15 minute walk away. Beaches also nearby at La Herradura and Calahonda, for sailing water sports enthusiasts, we have the magnificent marinas of Marina del Este and Motril nearby.

Golf
The Costa Tropical is known for its highly rated golf courses. Also in close proximity is the Sierra Nevada, which is just an hour away.

Skiing
The Sierra Nevada mountains - principal mountain area with The Sierra Nevada national Park and Pradollano, the Sierra Nevada’s popular winter sports resort. Also many sporting activities all year round.

How to get there: nearest travel links
Airport: Malaga Airport: 90 km.
A regular bus service runs from Malaga or Granada to Almunecar. Airport pickup is approx 50 euros each way for 4 people. An 8 seater costs around 100 euros each way.

Distances
In Almunecar, there is an open air market every Friday and a craft and Flea Market on Saturdays. Just an hour away from the Moorish delights of La Alhambra in Granada and 30 minutes from the sophisticated stores and boutiques of Malaga. Every summer, the unparalleled setting of the gardens around the overflowing swimming pool host the 'Noches de Fuentes', a social event which brings together all the friends of the residential community for a series of live musical performances.

Further details
Granada is an hours drive inland, near to the Sierra Nevada Mountains. City with a lot of historical monuments, cultural events, 'bar de tapas' and good restaurants. The Alhambra Palace - one of the most brilliant jewels of universal architecture.
The Alpujarras - a very beautiful mountain region that forms the southern flank of the Sierra Nevada. Steep and narrow valleys overlooked by small villages. Possibilities of hiking, guided walks, horse trekking, 4 x 4 and parascending. The area described by Chris Stewart in 'Driving over Lemons'.
Nerja, Nerja caves and Frigiliana - attractive white villages in the typical Andalucian style about 20 minutes from Almuñecar. Panoramic views over the coastline. The caves are just before entering Nerja.

Booking notes
Terms and conditions - the property is offered for holiday rental subject to confirmation by Michael and Estelle Sadeghi ('the Owners') to the renter ('the Client').
To reserve the 'Property', the client should complete and sign the booking form and return it together with payment of the initial non-refundable deposit (25%). Following receipt of the booking form and deposit, the owners will send a confirmation invoice and statement. This is the formal acceptance.
