The villa is situated on the quiet hillside area of Monte de los Almendros and enjoys breathtaking views of the Mediterranean and the Sierra Nevada mountains. A programme of total refurbishment and professional interior design was completed in March 2007 to an extremely high standard. The villa has full air conditioning, a new heated pool and is set in mature, landscaped gardens.

Pool heating is optional and charged at £100 per week.

Changeover day
Saturday is the preferred changeover day, arrival after 2pm. Departure by 10am. Other days may be considered on request.

Kitchen: The kitchen is open plan to the living area. It includes cooker, hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and freezer.
Utility Room: Laundry facilities include a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
Living Rooms: The main living area is open plan and opens through two patio doors to a large, enclosed balcony with views to the sea and mountains. There is a TV/DVD/CD with surround sound and satellite TV.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Towels and bed linen are included and changed weekly. Maid cleaning during stay can be arranged.

 

Notes on accommodation
The living room and all bedrooms enjoy the spectacular views. Whilst the villa is suitable for families, young children should be kept under supervision with regard to access to the pool area. No smoking inside the villa please.

Accessibility
There are several steps from the outside to the main entrance and stairs within the villa and to the pool area. The villa is not suitable for wheelchair users because of the steps and doorway widths.

Outside
The private heated pool measures 4m x 6m and has a large terraced surround with outside pool shower. This area has a table and chairs and loungers. Access also to the shower room/WC. The balcony has a table and chairs and loungers. The gardens are mature and contain several trees. There are other terraces and an off road parking space.

Coast/Beach
Salobrena beaches are 5 mins by car.

Golf
Golf is 10 mins away at Los Moriscos at Motril.

Skiing
Skiing in the Sierra Nevada is less that 60 mins.

Travel
70 mins from Malaga airport. 50 mins from Granada airport.

Distances
Salobrena town is 5 min by car. Historic Granada is 60 mins away.

Further details
For the exclusive use of the properties in the locality there is a tennis court, football pitch and communal pool a 5 min walk away. A good selection of restaurants, bars, bank, shops and a supermarket can be found in Salobrena. Larger supermarkets are 10 mins away in Motril. Car hire is essential.

Booking notes
A 25% non returnable deposit is payable on booking, with the balance due 8 weeks before the holiday. There is a refundable damage deposit fo £200.
