The apartment combines the benefits of a high quality new building, yet situated in a charming part of the old town. This old fishing town is delight and visitors are recommended to visit the numerous tapas bars to sample local wines and dishes. Only 500m from the beach and 600 metres from the Plaza Espana. There are local shops in the small plaza to one side of the building. The apartment is equipped to a high standard with air conditioning in both bedrooms and satellite TV. The private roof terrace offer views over the beach and the coast of Africa is visible on a clear day.

Superb outdoor patio off the main bedroom with table and chairs and plants, great for breakfast in the sun. Also roof terrace, potted plants, wooden picnic style table. Outside electrical socket, demountable triangular sunshade. Fantastic panoramic views over the roof tops and beach. The Cape Trafalgar lighthouse can be clearly seen and on a clear day the coast of Africa.

500m only from the fantastic sandy beach that stretches miles from Conil all the way to Cape Trafalgar. Excellent beach for bathing or sports such as surfing and kite surfing.

Further details
Conil is a small fishing town that sits aside one of Europe's most beautiful and still uncrowded beaches. A great area for active sports and well known by bird watchers. The Cadiz Sierras are only an 1½ hour's drive away. Ferries cross daily from nearby Tarifa to Tangier in Morocco.
