This beautiful south facing villa is set in approximately one acre of land comprising of olive and fruit trees. Competa and Sayalonga can both be reached in 10 minutes and the beach of Torre De Mar and Torrox within 15 and 20 minutes respectively. The villa is fully equipped to a high standard for 6 people to enjoy a relaxing holiday in both summer and winter. The open terrace, perfect for outside dining overlooks the swimming pool and the outstanding views of the Mediterranean below. The lounge with its spectacular views has a welcoming open log fire to relax during those cooler winter nights between November and March although the day time temperatures will still be warm. Torrox (7 km as the crow flys is one of the warmest places in Europe) Within a short driving distance, there are a range of leisure activities available including golf courses, horse riding, hill walking and water parks etc.

Although we can arrange transport from and to the airport, we would recommend that you hire a car. We can help you arrange this.
Distances
Beautiful whitewashed village of Competa can be reached in 10 minutes by car and Sayalonga - 10 minutes by car. Nerja, a well known Costa Del Sol coastal resort with wonderful beaches can be reached in half an hour by car. The nearest beach can be reached in 20 minutes.

This villa is the perfect retreat for those seeking tranquility in an area that is intrinsically Spanish with views that are spectacular, mountains to the rear and sea to the front. There are some excellent restaurants in the village of Competa, along with a wide range of amenities eg banks, supermarkets etc.
Booking notes
A 30% deposit to be made when reserving your holiday with the balance being due 6 weeks prior to travel. A £200 breakages deposit (cheque will only be cashed if there are any breakages and therefore should be a separate cheque from the balance payment)
