We overlook the stunning 12th hole which is a par 3 with a large lake of water with a waterfall. The house is only a 5 minute drive from the Spanish village of Fuente Alamo. Historic Murcia with its incredible Cathedral, shops, outside restaurants and bars is a 30 minute drive, and the large bustling town of Cartegena a similar distance away. A 50% deposit is required when booking with the balance due 12 weeks before travelling.
Payments accepted by bank transfer, paypal, credit card/debit card. There is a £250 damage deposit due on each booking - refunded within 7 days of departure after the villa is checked.

Garage available, parking in the front for at least 8 cars, mature shrubs and planting with olive trees, palm tree, lemon tree, orange tree and lime tree.
Coast/Beach
The unspoilt beaches of Mazzarron are found 30 minutes from the house by car, via stunning mountainous roads. These beaches are clean, safe and have a good range of restaurants and bars to choose from. La Manga strip is also only 30 minutes away by car with its long beach areas.
Golf
House overlooks the luxurious Hacienda Del Alamo Golf Course designed by the world renowned Dave Thomas. These 18 holes have been designed by the world famous Dave Thomas, and boasts beautiful fairways, Florida sand in the 84 large bunkers, and water features including 8 lakes and large undulating greens. You are able to hire a buggy for your round of golf or if you prefer walk the course. The scenery is stunning with the course being flanked by the impressive mountains - Sierra Espuna Regional Park.
In our "high-performance" Golf Academy are 36 driving range boxes, and no less than six par 3 and par 4 practice holes, two putting greens and bunkers. We’ve got the highest qualified professionals here to teach you.
So that you don’t want for anything, you’ll find a specialist Golf Shop in Hacienda del Álamo, where you will be offered professional advice and find the latest golf equipment.
Travel
The nearest airport is San Javier (Murcia) which is 30 minutes drive from Hacienda Del Alamo. The airport has recently been upgraded and has many facilities. There is plenty of car hire companies to choose from along with taxi services being available.

Further details
The local town of Fuente Alamo has all the shops necessary along with banks, restaurants and bars. There is a large supermarket only a 5 minute drive from the house. On the resort is a beautiful restaurant and 2 bars.
Guest comments
Having been to this villa twice now, I can assure anyone thinking of coming for the first time they will not be disappointed. The house is very spacious with four good sized bedrooms with each bedroom having its own bathroom. The fixtures and fittings are all new and to a very high standard. For people who like to eat in, there is a fully fitted kitchen with everything you need. There is no need for you to wash up as there is a dishwasher. So that you do not have to miss your favourite TV programmes, the cable TV shows all the UK channels and sky sports and kids channels. The large private swimming pool is a dream, with comfortable sun loungers and chairs provided. The golf course is about the best you will come across in Spain, and very long so a buggy is recommended. The house suits a family or sharers because there are so many bathrooms. This villa is without doubt the best on Hacienda and in the best location. Set in a cul-de-sac so very quiet and safe for the children. Enjoy
