A brand new fantastic penthouse apartment with extensive roof top patio with BBQ and patio furniture. 6 pools and separate children’s pool which is gated off (fantastic for the little ones). Beautiful views all around of sea, Gibraltar's rock and mountains. Just a short stroll from the beautiful sandy beach, ideal for families, couples or golfers. Just a 50 minute drive from airport. 5 minutes from large town of Estepona and 2 minutes from beautiful marina of Duquesa.we also have a 3 bed penthouse in the same complex so large parties of people can be catered for! We also own a 3 bed. on same complex so we can accomodate large bookings.

Accessibility
Lift is available from car park to ground floor, apartment is accessed up 1 small flight of stairs (penthouses have the best views as they are on top level).
Outside
This development has 6 pools on site all with a gated off separate children’s pool with furniture around the pool for guests to use. The gardens are large and landscaped. The apartment itself has 2 patio areas (1 on roof) with BBQ, furniture and fabulous sea and mountain views.
Coast/Beach
The beautiful sandy beach is just a 10 min short stroll away if you prefer to drive then parking is available on the beach front. There is also a lovely beach bar and restaurant famous for its fish. You can also walk along the beach to Duquesa port and beyond.
Golf
Golfers are truly spoilt for choice with 3 courses being within walking distance. There is the Dona Julia golf-it has 2 x 18 hole courses and 1 nine hole course. There are a further 2 x 9 hole courses planned on the doorstep being Casares Golf and Gardens and Casares Golf & Country Club. There is also a Jack Nicklaus academy For the serious golfer Valderrama is only 15 mins away.
Skiing
Skiing is 2 hours drive away being at Granada.
Travel
Malaga airport is 50 mins away. Gibralter airport is 20 mins. car hire recommended.
Distances
The large bustling towns of Marbella and Puerto Banus are just 20 mins away with the beautiful port of Duquesa being just 2 mins by car with lovely restaurants and bars(they love the children -so ideal for families). Estepona is a slightly larger town and 5 mins away.

£100 deposit is required at time of booking and balance of payment is due 8 weeks before departure. Cancellation refunds: Up to 8 weeks no cancellation charge but deposit will be kept. 4-8 weeks before departure 50% of rate refund. 0-4 weeks before departure no refund given.
