This lovely villa is situated in a quiet, upmarket residential area near the beautiful village of La Nucia. It will provide a perfect peaceful location for a relaxing holiday, yet a 5-10 mins drive will take you into the hustle and bustle of vibrant Benidorm with its attractions, theme parks, restaurants, nightlife and cosmopolitan atmosphere. Boasting it’s own private swimming pool with secluded garden and mountain views, with plenty of areas to sunbath and relax. The villa is well equipped with ample seating both inside and outside, with satellite TV with BBC and ITV etc. The villa has a separate apartment to the side with its own private garden and entrance, allowing you total privacy.

Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. Further discounts are available for longer periods during low session.
Exchange rate into euros will be confirmed at time of booking. Payment can be made by bank transfer, PayPal or cheque.

Changeover day
During peak holiday times we only accept Saturday bookings. At other times of year we are able to be flexible. Check in times are after 4pm. Guests are asked to depart the villa at 10am on the morning of departure.

Other: Large enclosed sun terrace with casual chairs.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Cleaning charges are included for the end of your stay. Mid stay cleans are available at 100 euros. All linen and bathroom towels are provided. We ask you to provide your own beach/pool towels, although these can be hired at 5 euros each.

 

Notes on accommodation
Air conditioning is available within the main bedroom and a wood stove in the living room for those winter chills.
Please note we ask all our guests not to smoke in the villa. We do provide ash trays in the garden and if weather is not permitting we ask our guests to smoke in the covered terrace area.

Accessibility
There are a few steps down to the garden and pool so people with mobility problems may find it a little difficult.

Outside
Stunning private pool. The villa has access to the large private garden.
The roof terrace provides 360º panoramic views and its own private outside terrace. There is ample outside furniture for dining, relaxing or just lazing away the hours in the sun. There is plenty of garden and patio areas with a gas BBQ.

Two outside eating areas and sun lounge’s for relaxing on the pool side patio, plastic glasses etc are provided for safety round the pool. The pool is 8x4m and is for the sole use of the guests. The villa is attached to an apartment which is occupied by the owner with its own private garden.

The villa/pool is totally private but has the added bonus of having help on hand if there is a problem and also info on where to go if required.

There is also private parking on the drive for 2 cars with lockable gate.

Coast/Beach
There are numerous beautiful beaches just 15 minutes drive away. Albir beach (blue flag) 15 mins drive. Two beaches of Benidorm both blue flag the popular Levente and the quieter Poniente 15 mins drive. La Cala Finistrat also 15 mins. Altea Port and beach 20 mins by car.

Golf
The Costa Blanca is full of world-class PGA golf courses. There are many less than 5 minutes drive from the villa, including the brand new Terra Golf.

Travel
40 mins from Alicante Airport. 65 mins from Valencia Airport. 75 mins from Murcia Airport.

Distances
The villa is just 10 mins drive from Benidorm great for shopping, nightlife and entertainment. 8km. Altea a lovely old Spanish village on the coast with its hilltop church and popular Tuesday market 6km. The traditional town of La Nucia which boasts the largest Sunday flea market in the area 3km. The fortified mountain village of Guadalest a well known tourist attraction 13km.

Further details
There are various bars and restaurants all within walking distance from a cheap and cheerful Chinese to the more upmarket Neuvo Alcazar. There are four local supermarkets, with Mercadona 15 min walk or 5 min drive as well as the banks and local coffee shops. The Costa Blanca also hosts some of Europe’s finest golf courses, stunning scenery and places of historical interest and natural beauty. Costa Blanca is most well known for its beautiful white sandy beaches and family friendly environment. Terra Mitica/Terra Natura- Europe’s largest theme park and the new nature and water park. Mundomar-Marine and Exotic Animal Park, Aqualandia - Water Park, Festilandia-(children’s fairground), safari parks, zoo’s and animal rescue centres, horse riding, jeep safari, go-karting and quad bikes, climbing and trekking, fishing, ice skating. A host of water sports of every variety are right on the doorstep, beach activities for the kids, daily cruises around the coastline to neighbouring towns and villages (including a crossing to Ibiza), scenic mountain train trips, vibrant nightlife of all kinds – night clubs, casinos, dinner shows etc, entertainment - most of the larger hotels provide top quality variety acts to encourage you to spend the evening at their bar, fantastic multi-cultural and typically Spanish restaurants and wine tasting at local bodegas, commercial centres with designer stores and large local markets. An information package is available at the villa with everything you need to know to enable you to have an action packed, or totally relaxing holiday.

What a fantastic week we had! The villa, pool and weather have combined to make this a glorious holiday. The location makes this an ideal 'do nothing' stay but a visit to Guadalest is a must.
