This modern apartment is on the upper two floors of a small development overlooking olive groves and vineyards. From the terraces there is a panoramic view of the Bay of Roses and the foothills of the Pyrenees. The apartment is equipped and furnished with all you need for a comfortable holiday. It is ideal for families or couples. Situated 1 Km from Palau Saverdera (local shops, pharmacy and restaurants) it is 6 minutes from Roses with its variety of restaurants, cafes, bars and superb sandy beaches. The Dali museum at Figueres (12Km). Barcelona is 90 minutes by train from Figueres. Girona Airport is 45 minutes distant, with Perpignan (France) 1 hour.

Accessibility
There are 6 steps up to the front door from the roadside. There are a further 16 steps inside separating the two floors.
Outside
The apartment overlooks vineyards and olivegroves. There is a panoramic view from the Bay of Roses round through the Aiguamols National Park to the foothills of the Pyrenees. It has 3 terraces. One is ideal for BBQs, one perfect for sun bathing and the third is shaded and ideal for taking meals.
There are two sun loungers and several outside chairs. There are 2 shared swimming pools set in gardens. The pools have a minimum depth of 1.3m.
Coast/Beach
The sandy beaches of Roses are 7kms away. Santa Marguerita is a similar distance. In both places you can hire sailing boats, windsurfers and Jetskis. There are boat excursions to Cadaques and other nearby bays.
Golf
There are 3 golf courses. Perelada 20 minutes drive with Torremirona 45 minutes and Pals 1 hour.
Travel
Barcelona (Girona) is 45 mins away (Ryanair). Barcelona Airport (Easyjet) is 2 hours away by train or car. Perpignan (France and Ryanair) is about 1hour by car.
Cherbourg by car is about 12 hours. A car is essential to see this lovely area.

There are so many activities within easy reach of Palau such as walking, cycling, horseriding, fishing, sailing, freefall parachuting, diving and sight seeing. If you are a foodie then there is the EL Bulli a 3 star Michelin restaurant close to Roses...But book before you come!
Booking notes
Please phone or email to check availability. One third of the total cost is required on booking with the balance due 8 weeks before departure. When you pay the balance a deposit of £100 is asked which will be refunded after the keys are returned and the apartment checked.

Wow! This has been a wonderful holiday home, clean, comfortable and fresh. Everything we needed was here.
Very impressed with the whole complex and the neighbours we have met. Sun Village is well tended and manicured. It has been perfect for our children aged 5 and 7 years.
We would have no reservations in recommending this apt to friends and family.
