Altos de Ladero is a two bedroom, two bathroom penthouse apartment overlooking the lovely village of Guejar Sierra in the heart of the Sierra Nevada. With its' large south facing terrace and another smaller one connecting the living area and the master bedroom you can enjoy the fabulous views of the village and up to the snow capped peaks. The apartment is fitted out to a very high standard boasting marble floors, granite worktops hot and cold air-conditioning and a luxury fitted kitchen, in fact everything you could possibly want to make your stay here comfortable and enjoyable at any time of the year.

Accessibility
Due to the nature of the terrain this area may not be suitable for people with mobility problems.

Outside
Nearby there are several restaurants and a camp site that will allow you to use their swimming pools in the summer, if you use their facilities. You can also bathe in the natural pools in the river Genil.

Coast/Beach
The Costa Tropical is only 60 minutes drive and the Costa del Sol, 90 minutes.

Skiing
Guejar Sierra is only 30 minutes drive from the fabulous Sierra Nevada ski resort at Pradollana (the most southerly ski resort in Europe at an altidude of over 10,000ft!). Other outdoor activities popular in this area include walking, climbing, canoeing, paragliding etc. It is a place that caters for everyone. For beach lovers, the Costa Tropical is only 60 minutes drive away and the Costa del Sol 90 mins.

Travel
Granada airport is 45 mins drive and budget airlines flying there at the moment are Ryanair, from Stansted and East Midlands and Monarch Airlines from Gatwick, several others including Easyjet and BMI Baby fly into Malaga airport which is an hour and a half by car.

Distances
The Sierra Nevada Ski Resort is a 30 minutes drive, the Alhambra Palace and Granada City only half an hour, Costa Tropical 60 minutes and the Costa del Sol, 90 mins. Sevilla, Madrid and many more Spanish cities are easily accessible.

Booking notes
A £100 or 150 Euros deposit is required to secure the booking. The balance is required at least 1 month prior to your arrival.
A full refund will be given if we receive at least one week’s notice of cancellation, if not, the deposit will be kept, unless we can fill the vacancy at the last minute.
