This beautiful house with it huge entrance hall can leads you to a nice comfortable relaxed moments after spending a day out sightseeing. Its two terreces can make your breakfast or tea a special moment. The two double bedrooms are upstairs, the single one is downstairs. There is a nice cosy lounge, the dining room is equipped with TV and DVD. There are two separate wcs and one shower room. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave. The house is situated in a nice square. You can enjoy walking around choosing a place to eat or drink. In less than 3 minutes you come to one of the trendiest streets of Barcelona for shopping, unique boutiques at a very reasonable prices, and you are only walking distance to the famous Sagrada Familia and Passeo de Gracia. Everything you need is within walking distance.

Prices are for the property per night in UK pounds. A 20% discount for booking now for the winter. Chrismas, Easter, New Year, Formula1 - there is an extra 20%. Sonar, GSM = 30% more.
Changeover day
The checkout is normally at 12 noon. If nobody is arriving that day customers can leave later if they wish. Customers who wish to be picked up from the airport, we can provide that service on demand.

This little house is suitable for children with, prams, and a playground is only walking distance. The terraces make a big difference for the children, they won't feel enclosed while the parents are having a rest.
