Prices are per room, per night, in euros. A 20% non-refundable deposit to reserve room. Balance 6 weeks prior to arrival. Payment via bank transfer to UK or Spanish bank, cash or personal cheque. Please contact owner for discounts for longer stays and special rates for sunny stays during the winter months. Put up bed 10 euro per night, Continental Breakfast - 6 euros, full breakfast - 9 euros, Fresh Orange Juice 2.50. Guests with late evening departures may hold their room for 25 euro.
Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible. An approx time of arrival if known, would be appreciated. At busy times, 12 midday checkout and 3pm arrival to allow for cleaning. Luggage can be safely stored. Guests with late departure times may hold room for 25 euro.

The self contained Garden Cottage has a homely and peacefull feel. It is beautifully furnished and has everything you need for a holiday or longer stay. It is equally as enjoyable during the winter months when the sun lounge and terrace benefit from the wonderful Costa del Sol winter sun. It has a conservatory style glazed sun lounge with large picture windows looking on to the garden and glazed patio doors to a private sun terrace. Ample sofa and seating, round dining table (seats 4) Sony TV/video with UK satellite and stereo equipment. Internet connection, hairdryer. Washing m/c, ironing facilities. The large bedroom has twin or king size beds. Put-up bed available. The separate bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink, WC, washing machine. There is a separate kitchen with hob, oven, microwave and fridge. Air conditioning and heating. |

Accessibility
The self contained Patio Room has double glazed entrance doors and wide doors to street entrance. There are just 2 steps up on the garden path. The WC has a narrow door however.
Outside
Sun beds available in garden and roof terrace with views of Mediterranean sea and mountains. Breakfast table on roof terrace.
Coast/Beach
Cabopino Port family beach is a few minutes walk with good swimming and water sports. Las Dunas Nature Beach is also on your doorstep. Many more beaches within close walking distance, with choice of good beach restaurants and bars.
Golf
Cabopino Golf is local and a few minutes walk. Santa Maria Golf is 5-10 mins drive and Marbella Golf Club just a little further at 15 mins drive. The Mijas Costa Golf Clubs are about 20 mins drive along the coast.
Skiing
Sierra Nevada ski resort near to Granada is about 2 hours drive.
Special interest holidays
Relaxing and healing fusion massage and reiki with organic essential oils, available on request. Fresh local organic produce and fresh cooked vegetarian meals available to order. There is a variety of bird life and native plants and flowers in Las Dunas Reserve. The local Las Dunas beach is a naturist beach. Local Cabopino Port beach is popular with wind surfers in the winter months.
Travel
Malaga airport is 35 mins drive. A direct bus runs from the airport to Marbella Bus Station. There is a good rail link from the airport to Fuengirola centre. There is an excellent bus service along the coast. We are a few mins walk from the nearest bus stops. Airport collection and delivery can be arranged.
Distances
Puerto Banus exclusive yacht marina is 20 mins drive. Marbella is 12km and Fuengirola is 14km. Cabopino is just 5 mins walk. Mijas is 15 mins drive. Malaga is 35 mins drive. Gibraltar is about 45 mins drive on the Autopista. A bit further afield for sightseeing are Granada (The Alhambra), Seville and Jerez de la Frontera (Andalusian horses) are about 2 hours drive. Further down the coast past Gibraltar, Tarifa has great beaches and surfing, about 1 hours drive.

There is a local supermarket and 24 hour pharmacy within walking distance. Full amenities available in the local centre of Calahonda.

Had a good drive up, brain back in work mode now. Just wanted to say really enjoyed my stay and will be recommending to all. If not before I will be looking to book with you again for certain end of march next year as I have a race meeting at Jerez then and would like to have a few days relaxation as well.
