Pasa Tiempo is an elegant villa, built in 2004, on the side of a mountain, which is a National Park, with views over the Guadalhorce Valley. From the villa the scenery is breathtakingly spectacular. The towns and villages of Alora, Pizarra, Casarabonela, Cartama Pueblo, to name but a few are clearly visible by day and night. Despite its tranquil location Pasa Tiempo is ideally situated for those wishing to enjoy the 'hustle and bustle of the coast, or exploring the countryside, or just to relax or even a game of golf. Notes on accommodation
This accommodation is truely luxurious in every sense of the word. Excellent value for money. Rental price from less than £9.50 per person per day, based on 6 sharing. True value for money! Internet available at a small additional cost. Own computer required.
Outside
The pool, which is 8m x 4m, is only used by the guests at the villa. It is situated on its own 100 sq.m. terrace with views over the valley. A second covered terrace area gives shade when the sun is just that bit too hot to sit in. Making this area ideal to relax in & maybe read a book, or just enjoy the fab views or just sit and chat. There are 6 recliners and tables and chairs. It is reached via a grand staircase on the side of the villa. The gardens are landscaped with areas of fruit trees etc. The courtyard is 'Andalucian style' complete with table & chairs, a real sun trap for that afternoon cup of tea.
Coast/Beach
The beaches along the Costa del Sol from Malaga to Estepona are within 30 - 40 minutes by road, which means that 9 out of the 10 top beaches, (as stated by the AA) are within your reach.
Golf
'Costa del Golf'. Pasa Tiempo is well situated for many of the golf courses within this area. Alhaurin golf and country club has 2 x 18 hole courses and a 9 hole par 72. Aloha Golf Club 18 & 9 par 72. La Cala Club 2 x 18 holes par 72 & 72. Marbella Golf Club 18 holes par 72. Majas Golf International 18 & 18 par 71 & 72. Miraflores Golf 18 holes par 70. Parador del Golf 18 holes par 72. La Quinta Golf & Country Club 27 holes par 72. Santa Maria Golf & Country Club 18 holes par 72. Torrequebrada, 18 & 9 holes par 72. ALL these are within 15 to 35 minutes from 'Pasa Tiempo'.
Skiing
A days trip to the Sierra Nevada (a 2 hour drive, AA quoted 70 kms from the coast) can provide you with the pleasure of having a day skiing, season - December - April. Whilst others can enjoy the beach.

We can cater for 'hen' parties or just those who wish to be pampered at, The AQUA center for leisure & health. Or party down on the coast. Private taxi service to & from your chosen activity.
Travel
Pasa Tiempo is only 25 minutes drive from Malaga Airport, which is serviced by many of the low cost budget airlines, like Easyjet, FlyBe, Ryanair, from the UK, plus others from all over the world. A car is recommended, but there is bus services proposed for the Summer 2007. There is a train service from Cartama, which is 20 minutes from the villa. We can also arrange an Airport to villa transfer service at a very reasonable rate and a local taxi service for those special night out, or excursion
Distances
Pasa Tiempo is on an urbanisation and mountain called 'Sierra Gorda' (Fat mountain). It is between the towns of Alhaurin El Grande and Coin, these towns are only mins away. Easily reached by car from the airport and very easy to find. In the heart of Spain and within very easy reach of much of what Spain has to offer, local culture and tourist wise. From the coast to the mountains, what ever is your leisure or pleasure, 'Pasa Tiempo' makes a ideal base from which explore.
Further details
La Trocha, a shopping centre with bowling alley, 7 screen cinema, and designer shops, supermarket, restaurants and famous 'Siboney' terrace bar, is only 5 minutes away. Marbella and Puerto Banus are just 20 miles, with their wonderful shopping opportunities and vibrant nightlife. Both Alhaurin and Coin have numerous bars serving 'Tapas', whilst the copious restaurants cater for all tastes. But, if it's the coast you want, then the resorts of Torremolinos, Benalmadena, Fuengirola are again only 20 miles away. Local makets are held in most of the villages each week. There are also the 'Flea' markets of Fuengirola, Estepona and Marbella held weekly, which have more than 1000 stalls. Local banks provide the facility of cash machine (in English) so no problem with money exchange, but avoid notes greater than 50 Euros, as some traders will not accept them. For the active holiday maker, all the activities you could ever want are again, within in easy reach. Horse riding, either daily or an organised trek through the orange groves. Hot air ballooning, flying, hand gliding, paragliding are all popular. Quad biking has become very popular, as has shooting and fishing, all catered for on the Costa or in the mountains. Scuba diving is a coastal pursuit at many of the numerous marinas. Along with waterskiing, jet skiing, windsurfing and sailing. The coastal regions are the 'hot spot' of clubbing in Europe and second to none. But if that's not your forte' then you can just go in the opposite direction and head inland to places such as Rhonda or the Lakes of El Choro. The list is endless. Suffice to say that Pasa Tiempo is in the heart of it all, its your choice. You can really be sure that what ever you want it is there or just around the corner at Pasa Tiempo you really can 'Pass Time'.

10% deposit (non refundable) upon booking to secure.
Balance 8 weeks before arrival date. Payments by cheque or bankers transfer, in UK Pounds or as agreed upon booking. A £100.00 refundable breakage deposit, per booking, is required when final balance is paid. This will be refunded in full within 14 days of your holiday departure, subject to no damage or breakages or excessive cleaning.

The views from the balcony where we had breakfast were breathtaking.

Just to let you know what a great holiday we had. The villa was just perfect for us. The kids loved the pool and the views were amazing. The position was spot on for our exploring the country. We visited Puerto Banus, Gibraltar, El Chorro El Torcal and more and everyday finished off with a swim in the pool. Thank you from wet Manchester, Michael and family.

We own the villa and personally arrange all the bookings ourselves, so your holiday booking is safe, there are no 'middlemen' involved.
Our guests are very important to us, so we try to ensure that all persons enjoy what Andalucia has to offer and what the accommodation has to offer too. We get a lot of return customers, so that speaks for itself.
We have our own, off site, English staff who speak Spanish, they will meet and greet you.
They are also there to ensure that 'all goes well', and that you enjoy your stay at Villa Pasa Tiempo. In the event of any problems they are also there for you as much as possible. So you can be assured that your enjoyment is paramount.
