The apartment block is through an electronically controlled gated entrance to a parking area with allocated parking space, then through an art-deco foyer to a lift to the accommodation which is on the 7th floor.

Outside
Large communal pool and separate children's pool within secured area. Decorative patio surround adjacent to secured children's play area and to outside garden area leading to the beach. Marina D'or is practically a traffic free environment with no busy roads and as such there are no roads dividing the apartments from the beach only paths leading through the gardens with Romanesque statues or small play areas decorated by mosaic borders and Gaudi style seats and benches. The apartment has a south facing terrace of 14 sq.m. equipped with table and chairs and views of the sea and the mountains.
Coast/Beach
Situated immediately on the coast, long stretch of unspoilt beach leading in one direction to the delights of Marina D'Or and in the other to the quiet solitude of an unspoilt coastline.
Special interest holidays
The surrounding area is steeped in history and only a few miles away is the National Park with rare species of plants and wildlife. A beautiful break from the coast and only minutes away.
Travel
Valencia Airport at present is the nearest international airport. It is 90 km away and on a fast motorway which takes you nearly door to door, taking 1 hour. Car hire is recommended.
Distances
Local old fortress town of Oropesa del Mar is 3 km away and the port of Castellion is 19 km away. Barcelona is about 200 km away.
