We have to offer this beautiful apartment in the ground floor of a family villa situated in Colina Soleada, a quiet urbanization off the main coastal road N340 in Benajarafe. It has recently been decorated to a very high standard and it is just 400m walking distance to a wide long beach. There is also a communal swimming pool in the urbanization (open June to October). Benajarafe has excellent weather all year round, it is approx. 30 mins drive from Málaga Airport and just 10 mins. from Torre del Mar and Rincón de la Victoria. It is a popular summer destination due to it's sandy beaches and safe clean bathing, ideal for families. Two 18-hole golf courses are within 15 mins drive. Benajarafe has many bars, cafés & restaurants, a variety of services and a new Beach Promenade ideal for long walks. A wide variety of amenities/activities are within reach: golf, sailing, jet skiing, fishing, aqua park, go-karting, cinemas, horse riding, trekking in the hills, street markets & more.

A non refundable 25% deposit is requested to confirm your booking with the full balance being at the start of your holiday. A £ 120 or 150€ refundable damage deposit will be also payable on arrival.

Flexible with prior consultation with the owner. Arrival and departure times are also flexible, depending on other bookings.

Linen and towels (except beach/pool towels) are supplied at the start of the holiday and changed weekly. Cleaning is also done weekly. |
Notes on accommodation
Some basic food items such as coffee, sugar, milk, bar of bread, cooking oil, salt and pepper, and other cleaning products like washing up liquid, washing soap, cloths conditioner, etc. are initially provided. A cot and/or high chair are provided on demand. Linen and towels are provided and changed weekly. Please note that the apartment is a No Smoking environment and no pets are allowed.
Accessibility
Ground floor apartment with easy access for wheelchair users from the street.
Outside
Access to the urbanization's swimming pool (10x6 mts) with a ramp for wheelchair users.
The swimming poll is used just by a few residents and their guests, therefore it is quite comfortable to swim around. The views to the sea and surrounding hills are excellent from this area.
Coast/Beach
4 minutes walk. Benajarafe's beach is very long (2.5 kms aprox) and quite wide. You can easily find a spot and enjoy the sun and the sea without being disturbed. There is a variety of Chriringuitos (beach restaurants) all along which provide lounges and beach umbrellas.
There are also amusement playgrounds for the children and many people enjoys fishing day and night.
Chilches' Beach is also nearby and very popular with families.
Golf
Two 18-hole very popular golf courses for your enjoyment. Both at around 10-15 mins drive from the apartment.
1) Baviera Golf at Torre del Mar
2) Añoreta Golf at Rincón de la Victoria.
Skiing
Skiing at the famous resort of Sierra Nevada in Granada is just 2 hour's drive away from November to April.
Travel
Málaga Airport 30 minutes drive via motorway. There are many car hire companies based at or near the airport.
A car is strongly recommended to move around the area, although there is a regular bus service to Málaga or Nerja.
Distances
Torre del Mar is 10 mins drive with a wide variety of bars, cafés and restaurants, a long beach, a modern shopping centre and cinemas, Thursday street market, Aqua Park, etc. The beautiful Lake Viñuela is just 15 mins drive ahead.
Rincón de la Victoria is 15 mins drive with very nice beach and promenade, all sort of amenities and Natural Caves (Cueva del Tesoro).
Málaga is 20 mins drive and is well worth a visit. Nightlife in Benalmádena and Torremolinos is just 40 mins away.

Our local Fiesta is in August, but Benajarafe is ideally located to easily enjoy one-day trips to Granada and Sierra Nevada, Marbella, Ronda, Gibraltar, Antequera, Nerja, Almuñecar, the Axarquía and many more. The local area provides a wide opportunity to enjoy different religious, cultural and social events and traditions throughout the year: typical Spanish fiestas, Easter, Christmas, Gastronomic celebrations, to mention just a few. Celebrating in Spanish style is a must!
A comprehensive introductory booklet to the area is available in the property, including maps and leaflets of amenities and local fiestas. Recommendations and help are available from the owner if required. We speak English, Spanish and French.

A provisional booking can be made via e-mail, fax or phone to enable flights to be booked. A non-refundable 25% deposit is requested to confirm your booking with the full balance being due at the start of your holiday. A £100 refundable damage deposit will be payable on arrival.
