The villa is all electric, with a large capacity hot water tank with immersion heater, steam iron and ironing board, electric kettle, washing machine and radio/CD player. The TV offers all main UK and a wide range of other channels, some in other European languages. There is a large sun blind which extends over the balcony and its terrace furniture. The beach and Nerja town are about five minutes away by car. There is a regular local bus service. Low key security guarding takes place, which also covers personal safety in the pool area. On road parking is available adjacent to the villa.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. There are discounts for long term winter lets. For winter lets only, electricity is charged in addition against metered usage.
Changeover day
Changeover day is Saturday, although there may be some flexibility out of high season. The villa is ready after 2 p.m. on arrival. Guests are requested to vacate the villa by 10 a.m. on departure.

Main bedroom with double bed and ample sized clothes cupboard and chest of drawers. Bedroom 2 has three single beds and an ample sized cupboard and storage drawers. |
| Bathrooms: |
The first bathroom has a toilet, a wash basin and a bath with shower. The other has a shower, a toilet and a wash basin and a wall mounted heater for winter comfort. Each has a wall fan for summer comfort. |
| Kitchen: |
The fully equipped kitchen has a full sized electric oven and hob, microwave and a family sized fridge and freezer cabinet. |

There is a washing machine and the possibility of drying clothes inside and outside. |
| Living Rooms: |
There is a lounge area with relaxing sofa and two armchairs and a dining table and chairs with cable TV. |
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: |
The villa is cleaned before each letting. Sheets and towels are changed weekly. Fresh flowers are supplied at the beginning of the let. |
Notes on accommodation
Children are welcomed. Arrangements can be made to hire a cot for a baby. For the summer months there are several fans which can be moved around the villa. For the winter months there are effective oil filled electric radiators, which can be moved around on wheels. A smoke alarm is installed for safety.

Accessibility
The villa is regretably not suitable for wheel chair users as there are steps on access.
Outside
The villa has its own garden, with a small lawn and a good range of shrubs and potted plants. The walkways connecting the villas and the facilities have been attractively laid out, are well established and are well maintained. There is a particularly attractive large shared pool and a separate children's pool. Sunbeds are available for hire around the pools and there is a good selection of bars and restaurants, which cater for different tastes. There are several telephone booths. It is possible to arrange for car hire, taxi and outings on site.
Coast/Beach
The main beach in Nerja, Burriana, is excellent. Loungers and sun umbrellars are available for daily hire. Several popular restaurants are located on the beach, including Ayo's for paella, and there is a wide range of other restaurants, bars and shops in the service road behind the beach. There are many other little beaches and coves to be explored, including a beautiful walk from Burriana beach to the Balcon of Europe in the centre of Nerja.
Golf
There is an 18 hole golf course near by at Velez-Malaga. Baviera Golf Casa Club on 952 555 015 and the Costa del Golf is about an hour's drive away.
Skiing
Skiing is available at Solynieve, which is about ninety minutes away by car.
Travel
Malaga Airport is about an hour away, via the Autovia del Meditarraneo. There are many car hire companies located in the arrival terminal building and pick up and eventual drop off could not be easier.

Aquavelis/El Injenio hypermarket/Torre del Mar (0.5 hour). Competa (20 minutes). Cordoba (3 hours). Frigiliana (15 minutes). Gibraltar (3 hours). Golf (15 minutes). Granada (1.5 hours). Maro/Nerja caves (10 minutes). Malaga (0.75 hours). Malaga Airport (1 hour). Marbella (1.5 hours). Nerja centre/Burriana beach 25 minutes walk/7 minutes by car. Ronda (2.5 hours). Seville (2.5 hours).
Further details
Tennis, riding, cycling, diving and many other outdoor activities are available. Gym facilities are available in town. You will never run out of different places to eat or different types of food to try in the many cafes, bars and restaurants in town, on the beaches or at San Juan. There are plenty of Internet cafes, banks and 24 hour cash machines. If you want to learn or improve your Spanish, there are several language schools. The Cultural Centre offers a wide range of performances from different cultural traditions, for example, ballet and flamenco. There are English speaking doctors, dentists and hairdressers in town. At certain times of the year, for example, Easter, religious traditional processions can be seen.
