Our apartment is at ground level but elevated with views to the sea. The area is set in the style of a terracotta Mediterranean village amongst sub-tropical gardens, orange trees and palms. There is a choice of normal depth and children's pools with jacuzzis set in the gardens below only minutes away.

Changeover day
Reservations are normally from Saturday to Saturday. The apartment will be ready for you from 1430 on the day of arrival until 1030 on the day of departure. Other arrangements may be made on request.

The apartment is cleaned prior to arrival so that is fresh and sparkling for your stay. Further cleans can be arranged if requested, at extra cost. Linen and towels are provided but we ask guests to provide their own towels for beach/pool use. |
Notes on accommodation
Temperature control in the lounge and bedrooms maintain either warm or cool air automatically, according to your preferred settings. Although the apartment is on the ground floor, the garden is elevated and bounded by a firm waist high fence. Children should be supervised and not allowed to climb on the fencing as there is a significant fall-away into the gardens below. We are non-smokers and ask that you refrain from smoking in the apartment.
Accessibility
There is an underground carpark with a designated parking area for one car, accessed from the road via a security gate. Lifts are provided to the ground floor (floor 2), there is a step into the lift lobby. From the ground floor there is uninterrupted access to the apartment. Access to the apartment terrace is through sliding patio doors which presents just a small ridge for a wheelchair.
Outside
The development walkways are lined with citrus trees and provide just a short walkway to the pools. There is a large pool and a smaller children's pool with three adjacent jacuzzis. Poolside showers are provided for use prior to entering the water. The whole complex is security gated and manned full-time.
Coast/Beach
The beaches are just 2km away taking approximately 5 minutes by car. There you can park and walk along the water's edge to Puerto Cabopino or west towards Marbella, passing numerous beachside restaurants, each with their own special character.
Golf
Las Chapas lies adjacent to Elviria, Cabopino and Calahonda along the main A7 road from Malaga into Marbella and Peurto Banus. The whole area is world-famous for superb golf courses and boasts dozens to choose from along this part of the coast starting with an adjacent course to the development.
Travel
Malaga airport is just 26 miles and takes about 30 minutes. Car hire is essential if you are to take full advantage of all that the local area offers.

Puerto Cabopino is 2 miles.
Malaga is 30 miles.
Marbella is 8 miles.
Puerto Banus is 15 miles.
The spectacular mountain town of Ronda is 45 miles.
Gibraltar is 56 miles.
The Atlantic port of Cadiz is just 135 miles.
Further details
There is an excellent shopping mall at La Canada just off the A7 after the exit for Marbella. Here you can shop in a huge air-conditioned mall with restaurants and a massive supermarket. Prices are very reasonable. Puerto Banus is the place to go for nightlife, designer clothing and shoes. There is a vast selection of restaurants along the harbour front where large yachts from all over Europe are moored.
Booking notes
A 50% deposit is required to secure a reservation. The balance plus a deposit of £200 to cover any breakages/damages is payable 5 weeks before occupation. The £200 deposit, less any charges will be returned within 14 days of departure.

We had a wonderful break in Irene and Tim’s gorgeous apartment. It’s luxurious and sumptuous with first class fixtures and fittings whilst still being comforting and relaxing. Together with it’s spacious balcony you need little else! Can’t wait to go again.
