Normally Saturday, flexible out of season.

Accessibility
Master bedroom on same floor as main living area but villa generally not wheelchair friendly.
Outside
Totally private attractive kidney shaped pool (about 9m x 5m) with underwater lighting. Pool room with WC and outdoor pool shower. Sun loungers provided. Choice of two shaded outdoor eating areas with ample tables and chairs, built in barbeque and extensive patio and balcony areas to three sides of the villa. Shaded car port parking for two vehicles. Panoramic mountain and rural views to all sides of villa. Wild figs and almonds grow freely.
Coast/Beach
There are numerous sandy and rocky cove type beaches 15 minutes drive from villa. These include family areas, watersports, and specialist nudist areas etc.
Golf
Cotijo Grande, Turre - currently 9 holes, soon to be 18. Daily Telegraph listed as one of the top ten, 9 hole courses in the world. Great views, unique location – 15 minute drive.
Marina Del Golf - 18 hole, including putting and driving range - 20 minutes.
Desert Springs, Cuevas - known as the only true desert course in Europe. Great location, very different and challenging - 30 minutes.
Travel
Almeria airport - 40 minutes drive. Alicante - 2 hours drive. Use of a car is essential.
Distances
Nearest village 10 minutes drive. Mojacar/Garrucha 15 minutes drive.
Further details
10 mins drive from the village of Los Gallardos which is host to typically Spanish shops, bars, restaurants, bank, a chemist and more. The town of Turre is just 15 mins away where you will find a large supermarket and a greater selection of restaurants and bars. Granada is just a 2 hour drive away which features the Alhambra Palace and Alpine skiing.
