Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible. Arrivals after 3pm and departure at 10am. We will try to be flexible with this.

Dining table 4 chairs. Patio doors open up to the amazing views that await you on the balcony.

Cleaning/towels/

Towels and bedlinen are provided and are changed each week.
The apartment is cleaned prior to arrival and after departure.
For long term rentals arrangements can be made for cleaning and linen.

Accessibility
The apartment benefits from its own off road private parking place underneath the apartment, leading straight to its own stairs to the apartment entrance, private and ideal for all including children. The access to the Aparthotel is via an electric gate controlled by remote control and also benefits from 24 hours manned reception.

Outside
The amazing panoramic views are breathtaking when looking out from the balcony, accesed via the patio doors leading from the lounge/diner, out to the balcony tastfully equiped with dining table and 4 chairs, 2 sunbeds. The shared pool is suitable for all ages, shallow area for children, baby pool separated from the main pool for babies and toddlers also the deep end for swimming lengths. Plenty of space for sunbathing around the pool. Toilets and showers are situated by the poolside.

Coast/Beach
The award-winning beaches of Denia are a 10 minute drive from the apartment. Here you will find miles of golden sand and marinas where you can enjoy watersports, all-year sailing; windsurfing; jet and water skiing; scuba-diving centre (courses available), course fishing and leisure boat trips down the coast. Also 30-40 mins drive to stunning beaches at Calpe, Moraria.
There are also daily fast ferries from Denia port to the Balearic Islands of Ibiza and Mallorca.

Golf
The apartment is part of the La Sella golf and tennis complex. La Sella boasts an 18 hole Olazabal designed championship course which will challenge golfers of all abilities. A round will cost approximately 60 euros (subject to local variation). Tee off times can be booked on 0034 96 645 4252 or e-mail lasella@arrakis.es There are other top quality courses within half an hours drive including Oliva Nova to the north and two brand new courses at Terra Mitica (Benidorm) to the south. Another fifteen minutes in the car brings the championship courses of El Saler & El Bosque towards Valencia and Alicante & Bonalba near Alicante into play. There are also many nine hole courses nearby well worth a visit. These include Javea Calpe, Ifach and Don Cayo. This really is an excellent area to explore all year round Spanish golf at its best.

Skiing
The nearest local winter skiing is at Javalambre approx 2 hours drive to the north, inland of Valencia.

Travel
The apartment is within the exclusive residential La Sella. Within easy reach of the A7 motorway. Both Alicante and Valencia airports are within 1 hour's drive away. Car hire is essential - we will be happy to recommend a car hire company that we have regularly used when you are ready to book.

Distances
Denia 8km - miles of sandy beaches, boat trips, shops, restuarants and port.
Javea 10km - lovely beach with walkways on the beach, beachfront bars and restaurants.
Calpe 35km.
Benidorm 50km.

La Sella also has a well stocked general store including fresh bread, pastries and fruit and veg! A pharmacy, laundry, restaurants, bureau de change, sales office and servicing centre. A 5 minute drive is the benefit of the Marriott Denia 5 Star Hotel with all its facilities including a health apa offering a variety of treatments and spa experience, restaurants and Blues/Jazz bar.

La Sella offers everything you could wish from a holiday. An amazing variety of crystal clear pools suitable for all the family. Just a 10 minute drive to Denia with long sandy beaches and safe swimming. Enjoy the golf at the championship course or visit the 5 all-weather tennis courts with tution available, the stables provide horse riding suitable for all abilities. Take the daily ferry to Ibiza to dance the night away, stroll along the harbour wall, shop in the small boutiques or just sit outside a bar under the leafy trees in the Campo de Marques. Visit the bodegas in Jalon, sample the local vino free of charge and visit the flea market to haggle for a bargain. Try a day trip to Benidorm (30 mins drive) with Terra Mitica, Terra Natura, Aqualandia & Mundoma. Hit the beach for banana boat rides and waterskiing. In the evening a visit to the Benidorm Palace for top quality cabaret with an excellent evening meal, all drinks included for 40 Euros!

Booking notes
A £100 non-refundable booking deposit is required to secure the booking, with the balance payable 8 weeks before your holiday date. There is also £100 damage deposit returnable after inspection and return of the key.
