Villa sleeps 10 in Costa Nova. Can be let as either 5 or 3 bedroom villa with private pool with 3 bedrooms on upper levels and 2 as separate living apartment on pool terrace level; either way you have the entire villa to yourself! Well equipped, spacious and airy throughout. There are several terraces, nayas, BBQ and a 10 x 5m pool. West-facing with breathtaking views of national parkland yet only 2km from Granadella beach and 10 mins drive from the Arenal with its sandy beach, promenade, restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets. Selection of DVDs for family viewing, books and games are available for guests. Flat screen TV in master bedroom, 42" plasma flat screen TV in lounge and 32" plasma TV in apartment showing channels BBC1 & 2, ITV, Sky Sports, Eurosport and many more channels.

Notes on prices
Prices in Euros available on request. 5% booking discount on 2nd week price for 2 week continuous duration from 1st July to 24th September. Latest departure time 10.00; earliest arrival time 16.00 local time.
No long-term lets (greater than 3 weeks) will be considered.

Changeover day
Saturday to Saturday from June to end September. Flexible at all other times.
Arrival is after 4.00pm and the villa must be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure unless special arrangements have been made.

Accommodation

 

 

Notes on accommodation
Property cleaned prior to your arrival. Beds made up for number of guests on booking form. Towels provided including pool towels. Change of bed linen and towels provided for lets of more than one week duration. All bedrooms, dining room and lounges have ceiling fans. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, dressing table and bedside cabinet with hairdryers. Safes (used at renter's liability) are available in the villa. There are 5 additional pedestal fans. The villa has fully double glazed windows, under floor gas central heating throughout (at additional cost). A highchair, baby monitor, potty and travel cot (bring own bedding) is available in the villa for guest use at no extra cost. A complimentary welcome pack of water, tea, coffee, sugar, milk, bread, butter, jam, beer, wine, orange juice and cola is provided per booking. Exclusions: We are a non-smoking family and request that smokers do not smoke inside the villa or apartment.

Accessibility
The property is on several levels and so is not suitable for wheelchair access, mobility impaired, elderly or infirm.

Outside
Access to the villa is via an automatic opening/closing electric gate. Private swimming pool 10m x 5m with Roman entry at shallower end (1.4m) and additional steps at the deeper end (1.8m). Large terrace area surrounding the pool with shower, lifebuoy, sunbeds, tables, chairs, umbrellas, Pizza Oven, BBQ with sink making it ideal for al fresco dining, outdoor oven, night lighting, magnificent mountain views. The property is on several levels with steps offering guests quiet places to relax. Main villa has a patio table and 6 chairs under a covered naya (patio) and a patio table and 4 chairs on the open terrace. The apartment has its own covered naya with 2 patio tables and 10 chairs. Extensive landscaped gardens with native flowers, palms and fruit trees.

Coast/Beach
Driving from villa:
La Granadella. Secluded pebble cove 5 mins (2km).
Ambolo. Pebble cove used by naturists 5 mins.
La Barraca o Portixol. Large pebble cove 15 mins.
Cala Blanca. Pebble beach reached on foot 10 mins to car park.
El Arenal. Large sandy beach 10 mins.
La Grava. Shingle beach located near Javea port 15 mins.
All beaches are suitable for snorkelling, some scuba diving too. Most have restaurants and some have shops/boutiques too.

Travel
Javea is situated approx halfway between Alicante and Valencia airports, just over an hour and a quarter from each via the A7 motorway. Car essential as there is no public transport nearby.

Distances
There is plenty for the family to do should they get bored with the swimming pool and beaches in Javea.
Less than 30 minutes away there are many attractions for all ages including Vergel safari park, Mundomar animal water park, Aqualandia swimming park with Terra Mitica and Terra Natura fun parks boasting some of the largest rides in Europe.
Benidorm is 30 mins away.
Valencia 90 mins. You can park the car at Xeraco and get the local train (half hourly service) to the city centre.

An information brochure in the villa gives details of local activities and amusement parks etc, fiestas, markets, restaurants, beaches, places to visit and useful local knowledge regarding emergency services etc.

Booking notes
A 25% deposit of the total amount will be payable on confirmation of the booking, with the balance required in full at least eight weeks before your arrival. A £250 refundable security/breakage deposit is required at the time the final balance is paid, which will be refunded at the end of the booking, subject to return of keys and deductions for any damage or breakages caused during the stay. Air-conditioning not available. No agents or 3rd parties who are a part of the party for bookings.
