Holiday villa, Jalon Costa Blanca Spain. This beautiful villa is set on the hillside in the Valle del Paraiso (Paradise Valley) with spectacular views over Jalon and the Jalon Valley. The villa is a new, detached property set in a quiet cul-de-sac with it's own 8m x 4m pool and includes all modern conveniences including air-conditioning in all rooms. Close to the town of Jalon, but also a short drive from Calpe, Moraira, Javea and Denia. Jalon is a small typical Spanish village with lots of bars, restaurants and cafes set in the narrow roads and Church square. Approximately 1.5km distance from the villa.

Coast/Beach
The Costa Blanca is renowned for it's white sandy blue flag beaches and several can be reached from the villa within 20 - 45 mins drive. Denia 20 mins. Moraira 20 mins. Calpe 20 mins. Javea 25 mins. Altea 35 mins. Benidorm 45 mins.
Golf
There are several golf courses in the area most within 20 to 50 mins drive. Benissa 9 hole course 25 mins drive. Denia 18 hole course 25 mins drive. Altea 18 hole course 40 mins drive. Oliva Nova 18 hole course 45 mins drive.
Travel
Nearest airports are Alicante (70km) and Valencia (80km). Car hire or use of a car is essential.
Distances
The traditional villages of Jalon and Alcalali are only a 5 minute drive away and offer a wealth of attractions. There are a large number of restaurants to choose from in the surrounding villages of Orba, Alcalali, Jalon and Parcent - all offering excellent quality and value for money. The other villages of the Jalon Valley, Jalon, Alcalali, Lliber and Orba can all be easily reached within a 10 minute drive.
Further details
Other places of interest in the area are a 5* paragliding school in Parcent village and paragliding from the mountain (Coll de rates), only a 10 minute drive from the villa. There is also the donkey sanctuary in the mountains toward Bernia, where one can offer support for the project by indulging in an incredible lunchtime feast with amazing views, where all profits go towards the well being of the donkeys. There is also the famous mountain spring and walks on the Serra Bernia, only a 10 minute drive away. Around 50 minutes drive away are the famous theme parks of Benidorm, including Terra Mitica, Terra Natura, and Aqualandia Water Park and Wild Life Park. Historic Guadalest and the famous water pools and waterfalls are just 30 mins drive away. The area around the property is particularly good for walkers/hikers, cycling, bird watching and sight seeing.
Booking notes
Prices shown are for rental of the property per week in pounds. On booking, a deposit is required equivalent to 50% of the total cost. The outstanding amount is due usually eight weeks before the start of your holiday. A security fee of £150 is also payable on booking of your holiday, which will be refunded to you at the end of the holiday rental period. This is to cover any damage to the property or it's contents, fixtures and fittings.
