A luxury villa on the ‘Polaris World’ Mar Menor gated, 9 hole golf resort. 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, sun terrace, kitchen, lounge and separate dining area with sliding doors onto private south facing garden. Fully air conditioned and centrally heated for all year use. The resort’s community centre offers superb facilities within walking distance, including a large swimming pool, children’s pool, jacuzzi, gym, hairdressers, beauty salon, bank, mini supermarket, medical centre, bars and restaurants. June 2006 saw the opening of the adjacent 5 star Intercontinental Hotel and many of its facilities are available to non-residents. An even wider selection of local bars, including tapas, restaurants and shops are outside the resort, together with plenty of opportunity for sightseeing. Murcia airport, San Javier, is 10 minutes and Alicante 45 minutes drive away. The newly opened La Torre Golf Resort is a short distance away.

| Bedrooms: | All bedrooms have large built in wardrobes. Bedroom 1 en-suite with 1 double bed and chest of drawers. Bedroom 2 with chest of drawers and 2 single beds (can be made into large double). Bedroom 3 with chest of drawers and 1 large double bed. |
| Bathrooms: | Bathroom 1 en-suite to bedroom 1 has vanity unit, bath with shower toilet and wash basin. Bathroom 2 on 1st floor has shower, toilet and wash basin. Bathroom 3 on ground floor has shower, wash basin and toilet. All are marble tiled throughout. |
| Kitchen: | Fully fitted with ample built-in storage including fridge/freezer, dish washer, kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, grill and hob. Crockery, cutlery, glasses and mugs. A full set of saucepans, frying pan, mixing bowls etc. |
| Utility Room: | Washing machine, vacuum, built-in storage and door to garden. |
| Living Rooms: | Tastefully furnished with double sofas table and chairs, TV and DVD player. Sliding doors on to patio area with table and chairs. |

Notes on accommodation
The villa is fully air conditioned and centrally heated throughout making it comfortable through out the year. Excellent facilities for golfer’s families and those wanting to relax and explore this area of Spain. The key holders live on site so can be contacted if any problems occur during your stay.

Outside
The garden, both front and back, is laid to lawn. Outside there is a table, 6 chairs and sun loungers. As you ascend the stairs the tall tower gives you a wonderful feeling of light and space and from the landing you have a door leading onto spacious sun terrace with table, 6 chairs. Both garden and terrace face due south.
Coast/Beach
Los Alcazares is just 5km drive away, situated on the western shore of the Mar Menor (inland sea), a protected saltwater lagoon and beside a palm-lined promenade. The crystal warm waters and safe sandy beaches help make the area a paradise for bathers, children and water sport enthusiasts. The mineral-rich water is revered for its health properties and still has thermal baths which have existed since Roman times. The Costa Calida has many beaches and most have blue flag rating.
Golf
The Mar Menor golf course is 9 holes and has been designed by Jack Nicklaus (as seen on TV in the Polaris World adverts). Dress code is normal for any course and you will either have to show your handicap card or have it faxed from your club. An extra 9 holes are under construction at this time. Clubs and carts are for hire. There is also a driving range and putting green. Also in the local area you have many other courses, including La Manga (15km). The new La Torre only 15 mns away.
Travel
Murcia (San Javier) airport 8km and Alicante airport 90km with the exit to mar menor 790 off the ap7 very easy to find from either airport.
Distances
Torre Pacheco 2km with many shops and a Saturday market. Los Alcazares 5km with its beautiful beach, shops, restaurants and many bars for that quite drink. Los Narejos 5 mins away with many new cafes restaurants.
Further details
30 mins drive to Murcia City lots of fabulous historic buildings surrounding beautiful squares to eat and drink in the sunshine then shop till you drop at the new trader shopping mall. 15 mins drive to the historic city of Cartegena.
Booking notes
Once requested dates are confirmed a deposit of £100 is required with the balance due 6 weeks prior to departure. A breakages deposit (refundable within 10 days of return) of £150 is also required with the balance of the booking. Any guests re-booking to stay at our villa again will automatically receive a 10% discount.
