Casa Leslie is located in an excellent position, within walking distance of the town and beach of Moraira. The property is very spacious and comfortably sleeps 6 persons. We have a large travel cost for babies. The property is very private, has beautiful gardens and is not overlooked. The main building which has lots of character, comprises of three bedrooms, two bathrooms (one en suite), a lounge, kitchen and dining room. The kitchen is fully fitted and includes a dishwasher.The large lounge with beamed ceiling is furnished to a high standard. Satellite tv and a video are also provided. In the turret there is a further bathroom (with washing machine), a private bar and a sunbathing terrace with superb sea views. In the garden there is a private sauna and a kidney shaped swimming pool that is approximately 9m by 4 m. For golf enthusiasts, Javea golf course is a 5 minute drive away. The property also boasts gas central heating which makes it an excellent choice for winter lets.

The master bedroom is comfortably furnished and features a 6 ft bed. This leads to an en suite bathroom.
There are two additional bedrooms, both twins that are of good size and very comfortably furnished. |

Main bathroom has bath and shower.
En suite has bidet and shower.
Third bathroom is situated on the ground floor of the turret and has a large open shower. |
| Kitchen: |
The kitchen is well fitted with granite work surfaces. There is an electric oven, gas and electric hob, a microwave, dishwasher and plenty of cupboard space and utensils. |
| Utility Room: |
There is a washing machine in the bottom of the turret and a washing line to the rear of the property. |
| Living Rooms: |
The lounge has lovely beamed ceilings, marble floor and plenty of light. Two comfortable sunflower coloured leather sofas suit the setting. There is a tv and dvd player and we have satellite tv. Plenty of board games can be found in the dresser. |
| Other: |
The pool is floodlit so children can enjoy evenings in the water while parents relax on the outside naya, sipping a glass of wine while watching the world go by and their babies in the pool! Pool area to be extended and modernised for 2008 season. |

Cleaning is done on a weekly basis. Bath towels and tea towels are included but beach towels and pool towels are NOT provided so please bring your own. |
Notes on accommodation
As the villa is on one level and there is a locking door between the villa and the pool area, it is considered suitable for children.

Accessibility
There are steps up from the path to the main door but then the property is on one level.
Outside
The pool is private. We have comfortable sun chairs and plenty of sun all day long! The outside naya provides shade for those guests who wish to sit near the pool but in ther shade.
Golf
Javea golf course is only 5 minutes in the car from the villa.
Distances
The beach and town centre is 1 km from our property which is 10 to 15 minutes walk depending on your mobility. There are shops and restaurants just a 5 minute walk up the road.
Further details
Sol Parc tennis and mini golf are just a 5 minute stroll from the villa.

20% deposit is payable at the time of booking with the balance being due no more than 8 weeks before departure.
