This spacious home built in 2004 is on three levels with 3 twin bedrooms sleeping 6/8 people and has two bathrooms. Only 5 minutes walk from the beach of fine sand. There are 8 golf courses within a short drive. It is the perfect setting to explore South East Spain and the ancient cities of Cartegena and Murcia within a short drive. For water sports enthusiasts there is everything you could dream of around the Mar Menor. The Mar Menor (smaller sea) is a natural wonder and is the largest saltwater lake in Europe. It is separated from the Mediterranean Sea by a 22km trip of land call La Manga. The Mar Menor area is known as ‘The Costa Calida’ meaning the warm coast. It has on average 320 days of sunshine a year. As it averages only 4m in depth, it warms up very quickly and is usually about 7 degrees warmer than the Mediterranean Sea. Great for bathing and water sports. It is renowned for its benevolent chemical properties and is classified as medicinal.

Outside
The patio is south facing and overlooks the swimming pool. It has a large table, parasol, 6 chairs and 2 sunloungers. The solarium also has a table and 4 chairs.
Coast/Beach
The villa is situated only 5 mins walk from the beach. The beach is fine sand and the sea is warm. Los Narejos is on the western shore of the Mar Menor and is at the north end of a promenade of 7km in length. Along this bars, cafes and restaurants provide drinks, tapas, meals and entertainment. There is boat and canoe hire locally. Pedaloes and sun loungers are for hire on the beach. The whole area is ideal for cycling as it is fairly flat and bicycles can be hired locally.
Golf
La Manga Golf course is a 20 drive away and there are at least 7 other golf courses close by, one of which is only a 5 min drive.
Travel
Murcia San Javier airport is 5 a min drive. Alicante airport is a 40 min drive. Car not required.
Booking notes
£100 deposit secures the booking balance payable 8 weeks prior to departure. A conditional refundable deposit of £200 is payable with the final holiday balance and will be refunded after return when confirmation has been received from our agents that no damage or loss has occurred.
