Situated in a wonderfully unspoilt part of Spain, this superior town house is very comfortably furnished and finished to a high standard with lots of thoughtfull extras for a great holiday experience. It gives a holiday experience that can be relaxing or busy - whatever you choose! The uncrowded beach accessed through pine trees is a short stroll, as is the golf clubhouse and sailing, wind-surfing, kite-surfing and fishing are available year-round. Whilst the beautiful city of Seville is only an hour's drive along the quiet motorway as well as the National Park of Donana. Other resorts of Islantilla, La Antilla and Isla Cristina are all within 20 minutes drive. The bustling town of Ayamonte is within 25 mins drive and is situated on the border with Portugal on the River Guardiana, a ferry runs frequently to and from the town of Vila Real San Antonio in Portugal. And of course there are many excellent bars, restaurants and cafes within a short distance offering local specialities.

Rental start and finsh days are flexible.

| Other: | Patio doors lead from the lounge to the patio garden. This is fully furnished for 6 people. A gate gives direct access to the communal gardens and pool area. |

House linen and towels provided but please bring your own towels for the beach. On stays of over 10 days a change of linen will be provided. |
Notes on accommodation
The property is suitable for families with children, having the pool with lifeguard on duty during the opening period. There is a well equipped play area near the beach plus a water park and go-karting track a short drive away. It is equally suitable for golf enthusiasts with a view of the 14th hole constantly available from the garden and terraces.
Cots and highchairs are available on request.
Air conditioning/heating are included in the rental price.

This property is only accessible to wheelchair users on the ground floor.
Outside
The house is situated in a gated community and there are communal gardens for the enjoyment of residents together with a communal pool (currently open May-September). During opening times a lifeguard is on duty. There is a private patio garden furnished with a table and 6 chairs. Both the large 1st and 2nd floor terraces are fully equipped for relaxing and sunbathing with sun loungers, tables and comfy chairs. The garden and terraces enjoy the full benefit of the afternoon and evening sun.
Coast/Beach
The beaches of the Huelva region comprise one of the principle natural attractions with 80 Kilometres of coastline being wide sandy beaches framed by green pine forests.
The nearest beaches of Playa de Nuevo Portil and Playa de El Portil are between a 10 and 15 minute walk from the house and are not too crowded even at the height of summer. It is also possible to take the local ferry across the Flecha to the unspoilt Playa de Nueva Umbria. Other beaches are within easy driving distance.
Golf
The house is situated on the Nuevo Portil golf course, just a 5 minute walk form the clubhouse. Facilities include a driving range, putting green and pro-shop withthe fairways affording wonderful views of the enormous dune beaches, sea and pinewoods.
The 2 El Rompido courses are a 5 minute drive and Islantilla, Isla Canala, Bellavista and Dunas de Donana slightly further afield. The Portugease border is only a 30 minute drive so the courses on the Eastern Algarve are easily accessible too.
Travel
The international airports of Faro and Seville are around an hour's straightforward motorway drive of the house. We can provide detailed directions.
Whilst is possible to arrange transfers from the airports, car hire is recommended to fully enjoy what the region has to offer.
Distances
The beach and local shop, bars and restauarants are a 10 minute walk. There are 2 four star hotels with bars and restauarants open to non residents within a 5 minute walk.
The traditional fishing village of El Rompido with its selection of fish restaurants, tapas bars and small marina development is a five minute drive. Within 30 minutes are the lively towns of Ayamonte and Huelva. Beautiful Seville is around an hour's drive with Jerez and Cordoba a further hour on.

Booking notes
For bookings within 8 weeks of rental period, full payment is required. Otherwise £150 (pounds sterling) per week deposit and the remainder 8 weeks before rental period.
A £150 (pounds sterling) security deposit is required. This will be returned when our local agent has completed their check of the house.
