The villa is not overlooked and is not on an urbanisation.The villa is surrounded with grape vines and orange trees and is very private and yet close to all amenities. The gravelled drive has private parking. Supermarket approx 2 min's to walk to. Restaurants, bars, cafe's, banks, shops 5 mins walk and beach only 1km away, approx 7-10 mins to walk. College students, Hen's, Stag's accepted with higher security deposit.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds.
Mid July - August, 2 week bookings minimum. Renters are exclusive and do not share the villa with anyone else. Inquire for the early bird booking discounts in May and June Returnable security deposit £900 less any breakages or damage 10 days after your holiday. College student's, Hen's Stag's, Late teens considered with a higher security deposit.
Changeover day
Changeover day in the height of season is Saturday but if out of season it may be possible to change this. Please do not hesitate to ask.

| Living Rooms: | The Lounge is on the 1st floor with L-shape sofas. The covered naya (also on the 1st floor) has a magnificent table and seating up to 20 persons. |
| Other: | The home cinema room is a separate room on the ground floor. It has seating with wall projection free-to-air satellite TV, DVD and wall mounted stereo speakers. This room makes a very good conference room. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
All bed linen and towels are included. The maids arrive on Saturday morning at 10am, when the bed linen and towels are changed. If required, for an extra charge, it can be more often. |
Notes on accommodation
The villa is fantastic for children and adults as there is plenty for entertainment with the pool table, table tennis table, Separate children's entertainment room with X Box 360, DVDs and CD player (bring your own games). There is a safe which is available to rent for only 10 Euro's a week. Beach and pool towels are available to rent at 5 Euro's per week. Cots and high chairs and Play pen for hire

Outside
The outside has a grassed area at the side of the villa with 3 palm trees, a fountain feature. The entrance surround to the pool has 2 gates for safety.Fantastic BBQ around the pool area.There are plenty of sun loungers, table, chairs and parasols.Palm Trees, shaded area. Gravelled private entrance has parking area for up to 4 cars.
Coast/Beach
The sandy Arenal beach is 1km away. It takes approx 7-10 min to walk and is all along the flat. There are lots of shops and cafe's en route. The Port Marina takes 5 min's by car as does the Old Town. The Market is within walking distance and takes approx 15 min's through the back lanes, a lovely walk.
Golf
La Sella, 18 hole golf course take approx 15 mins by car.
Travel
The nearest airport is Alicante and then Valencia.
We can arrange return coach or mini bus transfers from the airport.
Car hire is recommended.
Distances
We are surrounded with villages, Gata, Denia, Moria and the Jalon Valley where you can wine taste. Theme parks as Terra Mitica, Mundamar, Aqualandia take approx 45 min's by car to Benidorm.
Further details
As there are so many interesting local restaurants, it is very difficult to name them all but we do have lots of information at the villa for different places of interest.
Booking notes
Upon initial inquiry we will send you a terms and conditions leaflet. If you agree to our terms we will email you the booking form. A holding fee £250 if it is well in advance, a further 50% in the New Year and then 50% 2 months prior to your holiday. This is payable in pounds to an English bank account in the UK.
There is a security deposit of £900 to be payable 1 week in advance and is transferred back into your account 10 days after your holiday less any damages or breakages.

Date of Stay: June 2008.We stayed at Palm View for a week and it was superb. 17 of us went, aged from 2 to 49 and everyone of us loved it. The villa was spacious, the pool area was great, the pool table and table tennis table were brilliant and the cinema room excellent. The covered seating area by the pool was a great place for a quick escape from the heat and also ideal for our barbecues which were done using the huge barbecue area by the pool. The villa was big and looked great with very clean bedrooms and was well furnished. The owners were very helpful and provided transport for our party to the waterpark in Benidorm. If we had any questions they were available at any time as well as providing us with info about local interests and entertainment. Overall our holiday was brilliant and we're all very keen to re book next year. If you are reading this review with an idea to book this villa then do it, because you won't be disappointed.
Recommended: Families with teenagers/children.
