The garden and roof terrace have glorious views across the golf course and the mountain backdrop, providing the perfect place to relax and enjoy the sunshine or in the evening, the perfect spot for a nice barbeque and glass of wonderful Spanish wine. Air-conditioning is provided in both bedrooms as well as the living areas (a must have in the summer heat) whilst central heating is there for winter nights. The 24 hour security protected, 5* resort has all you would expect from a complex of this kind including; restaurants, bars, beauty salon, hairdresser, bank, cash point supermarket and medical centre. There is also gym, tennis courts, communal pool and of course the golf course. For those who wish to pamper themselves there's the hotel spa.

Outside
There is a private heated swimming pool which is a must for rentals in the cooler winter months.
There is a really comfy sun sofa and chair set in the garden, plus 4 wooden sun beds with fitted trays plus a wooden sun table, parasol and 4 chairs for use on the top sun terrace or front terrace.
Coast/Beach
5 minutes by car takes you to the beautiful Mar Menor or 'Little Sea'. The Mar Menor is the largest salt water lagoon in Europe. The area is blessed with an average of 320 days of sunshine with an average temperature of 17 degrees. Voted one of the healthiest climates by the World Health Organization with its waters being about 5 degrees warmer than the surrounding Med plus with little current it makes a fantastic choice for families.
Golf
The area is a golfers paradise, the resort itself boasts a superb 9 hole Dave Thomas designed course (promoted widely in the media by Jack Nicklaus), which is soon to become an 18 hole. The 9 hole 36 par course is favoured by those who play regularly and has a putting and driving range for those that need that extra bit of practice. Proof of handicap is required, if not an assessment fee may be charged and golf is bookable. Various championship courses are located close by with La Manga being just 20 minutes away and new courses such as Roda and La Torre just 10 minutes drive.
Travel
The nearest airport is Murcia which is about a 10 minute drive. Alicante with it's numerous carriers is about a 45 minute drive away. Both airports are served by numerous low cost carriers and car hire is available at both airports.
Distances
The historic city of Murcia with it's beautiful Baroque architecture is a 20 minute drive away whilst the ancient Roman port city of Cartagena is 30 minutes away. Cablanque national park is well worth a visit as is La Manga, which again is about a 20 minute drive from the resort.
Further details
There are a variety of restaurants and bars nearby and larger supermarkets where great deals can be found on local wines. The Dos Mares shopping centre is about a 10 minute drive and has lots of retail and food outlets and a bowling alley.
Booking notes
Please note a £100 deposit is needed to secure booking. Balance is due 8 weeks prior to departure plus a security deposit of £150, which will be returned following the villa check, at the end of the rental. Please note a local 60 euros cleaning charge needs to be left on departure to cover the cleaning cost.
