Located in a quiet street within walking distance to bars/shops and banks and the communal pool is a very short distance away. The beautiful Carabassi beach is a 3 minute car ride or for the fit a 10 minute walk.

Outside
The roof terrace has patio furniture and 2 sun loungers and umbrella with barbercue. The front garden has a patio table and chairs with umbrella for shade. The communal pool is now completed and is a short walk behind the property. There is a public outdoor pool a five minute drive away.
Coast/Beach
The beautiful Carabassi beach is down the hill a 3 minute car drive or can be walked to in about 10 minutes.
Golf
There are a selection of golf courses in the area about 15 minute drive.
Travel
The nearest airport is Alicante and is only 10 minute drive away. Car hire is recommended to get the best from the area but there is a very good local bus service to nearby Santa Pole and Alicante and also back and forth to the beach.
Distances
The city of Alicante is 15 minutes by car or 30 minutes by local bus and is well worth a visit for shopping and nights out. Santa Pola is only 5 minutes by car and is a typical Spanish town with Marina and lots of bars and restaurants. You can visit the Island of Tabarca from here by a short boat trip.
Further details
Gran Alacant is mainly a residential area made up of villas townhouses and apartments, ideal for families and as a base for people wanting to travel further afield but with the comfort of a quiet urbanisation to come back to. It is centrally based to two cities and lots of activities, but Gran Alacant itself has a lot to offer to people in the way of resturants and bars situated within a comfortable walk of the property.
Booking notes
A deposit of £100 is requested when advanced bookings are made and will be refunded within 14 days after inspection of property. No refunds cancellation of booking. The cleaning,handover charge of 65 euros is payable locally to our keyholder.
