The glistening sea and fabulous sunsets make the first floor 1000sq.ft terrace a popular place for guests to take sundown drinks. The 500sq.ft BBQ terrace set within landscaped gardens is another popular outdoor space for guests. B & B is available for the 3 bedrooms and the apartment has its own private kitchen/dining area. All the bedrooms are well decorated and one has a private entrance. They all face either the gardens or have breathtaking views to the open countryside and sea. The apartment has a private entry which opens onto the gardens and pool. Tarifa is 10 mins drive with its cosmopolitan atmosphere, trendy bars/restaurants and famous beaches. Gibraltar is only 30 mins with its many historic attractions. It is a 5 minute walk to the famous Meson del Sancho offering excellent and inexpensive local dishes and wines.

Notes on prices
Please note that 100 euros deposit is required for the apartment against any breakages. Special Christmas and New Year deals available complete with hamper and Christmas tree. Please note that we are offering a 50 euro discount for May and June on bookings of 1 week or more.

Changeover day
No set changeover day. Arrivals after 1pm and departures by 10am. Luggage holding facility available for late departures.

Coast/Beach
Tarifa lies only 6 miles away with its world famous beaches and reputation as the windsurfing capital of Europe and the point where the Atlantic Ocean and Meditteranean Sea meet. Watersports abound on this coastline and there are 76 miles of uninterrupted beach between Tarifa and Cadiz Including the famous Punta Paloma sandhills, the stunning Roman ruins at Bolonia Beach, the wide sweeping beaches of Conil, the world famous Barossa beach at Chiclana and the beautiful beaches of Cadiz City.

Gibraltar Golf Course 30 mins drive. Montenmedio Golf Course, Equestrian Centre and Country Park 35 mins drive.

Travel
Gibraltar 30 mins. Malaga 2 hours. Jerez 1 hour 10 minutes.

Further details
Visit the daily fruit and vegetable market in Tarifa and soak up the cosmopolitan atmosphere of this ancient town with its narrow old streets and stunning beaches. Sample the local dishes in one of its many tapas/beach bars and restaurants or visit the excellent Mexican, Italian or Thai restaurants for a change. Tangiers (Morocco) can be easily reached from Tarifa by high speed ferry (35 mins) and can be booked on line at Andalucia.com There is a strong Moorish influence in the area from the 1000 year occupation and the old walled towns can still be seen in Tarifa, Vejer and Medina and are well worth a visit. Gibraltar is 30 minutes away with its historic past and mix of Englsih/Spanish culture. Visit the famous rock apes and tour the Naval armouries built into the rock. The Alcornocales Natural Park with its 48,000 sq acres of cork trees and Holme Oak are easily accessible and a haven for birdwatchers, walkers and cyclists. The roman ruins of Bolonia are a must with their fabulous location on the beach and good state of preservation (free entry with EU passport). Have a day at the famous Barossa Beach in Chiclana said by the Spanish to be one of the best beaches in Spain. Take the little train around the old town and see the storks nesting on the church spires. Cadiz City is another "must see" for those interested in history. It is said to be the oldest inhabited city in Europe, it was home to Julius Ceasar and Hannibal was born here. It sits surrounded by sea with stunning views to the northern part of the Costa de la Luz. It also boasts some of the finest beaches on this coastline, not to mention its plethora of tapas/wine bars and fish restaurants. Jerez is another day trip with its vast range of Sherry houses offering tours and samplings and of course the Royal School of Equestrian Arts (bookable on line). Seville is a slightly longer journey but well worth the effort to visit the famous Cathedral and Jewish Quarter or to take lunch by the river.

A breakages deposit of £150 is required for the Apartment refundable on day of departure.

Thank you for the fabulous time we spent with you. The house is beautiful and there was so much to do in the area. We will certainly be back.

I could just sit and look at that view all day. The peace and tranquility was fabulous yet in ten minutes we were in the heart of trendy Tarifa and all it had to offer. An excellent holiday thank you.
