The villa is a large detached property with plenty of space. The large airy rooms have been equipped with all the modern conveniences that make holidays so relaxing. The property is situated overlooking the 11th fairway of the Neuvo Portil Golf Course. We have a very large garden with its own private pool (9x4m) which is open all year. Surrounded by pine forests, beaches and golf courses. Fully air conditioned and heated. Sat. TV so you can keep up to date with all the news, sport and soaps. The kitchen is fully equipped. All the bedrooms have twin long beds (ideal if you are tall) plus the added benefit is that they zip together to make 4 large doubles. Only a 10 minute walk to the most glorious beaches. You will find plenty of small restaurants, bars and food shops. A large supermarket is located about a 15 minutes drive away in the town of Cartaya.

Notes on prices
Long lets are available. Please contact the owner direct to discuss. To give some idea Long term lets are available for the winter months of £1000 per month, plus all bills. ie water and electric. Euros 1200 plus bills. These months are ideal for all you golf fans, especially from Northern Europe. Think no snow! Warm days and blue skies! 10% discount for all bookings received before end February 2011.
Changeover day
I would prefer Saturday but this is flexible. Time of arrival should be after 4pm and time of departure should be by 12 noon. This is also flexible and although we try and help we have to be able to clean for our next clients. Contact me direct.
| Bedrooms: | Master bedroom on 1st floor with en-suite, balcony overlooking 11th fairway. Bedrooms 2 (with en-suite), 3 and 4 are on ground floor, all with twin beds. |
| Bathrooms: | En-suite to bedroom 1 has a bath, shower, bidet and two hand basins and WC. Family bathroom equipped with bath, shower, bidet, 2 hand basins and WC. En-suite to bedroom 2 with shower, sink and bidet. Downstairs WC with own sink. |
| Kitchen: | Includes dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, full oven with 4 ringed hob, microwave and toaster. We have equipped the kitchen with every utensil to make cooking a joy, even down to long BBQ skewers! |
| Living Rooms: | The lounge/dining room overlooks the garden and pool. Here you will find two large leather settees plus a large dining table that seats 8. This room is equipped with satellite TV, CD player and DVD. We have left a selection of music and discs. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
We supply all linen that will be changed once a week for stays over 8 days. Beach towels are not provided. A cleaner can be provided for mid week cleans. This charge can be paid locally (please arrange with me when you book). A welcome pack can be booked. |

Notes on accommodation
The villa is fully air conditioned or heated depending on the time of year. There are also 4 floor fans provided. The garden is fully enclosed. Highchairs and travel cots can be provided, there is a small charge.This can be paid locally. A welcome pack can be provided again this can be paid locally. Please speak to me direct and I can inform you of these charges.
Accessibility
The villa has a slope from the carport as we have had wheelchair users staying in the property. Please contact me direct and I can advise on suitability.
Outside
The garden is divided into 2 areas. The pool surround has been landscaped. At night there is outdoor lighting, some lighting has been hidden in the rocks! The other area has been left to lawn, great for practising golf swings or cricket, football or just lazing by the pool. There are 8 sun loungers provided plus an outdoor table an chairs for 8 people seated. Parasols are also provided. There is a BBQ for all that alfresco dining. The outdoor eating area is located in a large enclosed courtyard. The pool is approx 9x4m. This is open all year.
Coast/Beach
The beaches on this coast are truly beautiful, surrounded by pine trees. The nearest to the villa is a 10 min walk or 2 mins drive. These beaches are unspoilt and very natural. There are a few beach bars, to stop and have a drink at when you go for a stroll.
Golf
The villa is located on the Neuvo Potil Golf Course. Within the Campio de Golf is the Cartaya Playa Hotel with its own Spa facilities. 5 mins drive away is the Golf course of El Romido. There are 2 courses here. Further away between 20 - 40 mins drive are a further 4 courses. Discounted golf can be arranged. Please contact me direct to organize this. The ideal time to play in this area is between October and May. Further away about 40 mins drive you will be able to play on courses in Portugal. So you can play in two countries in one holiday!
Travel
The nearest airports are Faro (Portugal) about 1 hour 20 mins drive or Seville airport again about 1 hour drive. A car is essential as there is some much to see and do.
Distances
The villa is located approx 5 mins to the nearest shops, bars and restaurants. This is by car and about a 10 mins walk. There are restaurantsand beach bars along the coast. The fishing village of El Rompido is about 5 mins away and here you will find a variety of fish restaurants, tapas bars, bars, not a kiss me quick hat any or fast food restaurants in site. This area still retains a very Spanish feel. Totally unspoilt.
Further details
During the Summer there is a Karting track and a Water Park. The city of Seville is must to visit and again is only approx 1 hour drive away. The last town in Spain before you cross the bridge back into Portugal is Ayamonte. This town is a working fishing port, here you will find all the banks, restaurants shopping or you can just relax and watch the boats coming and going. There is also a large National Park called the National Park of Doana. In the villa you will find tourist books giving further information. The villa is situation along the coast and the main motorway is very new and only really busy during the months of July and August.
Booking notes
The amounts quoted are for full week bookings and may differ for shorter or longer durations. Rates are available on request. Changeover days can be flexible. 25% deposit required at time of booking with full payment due 8 weeks before departure. A refundable security deposit is required with the balance of the booking. Book before January 31st 2011 and receive a 10% discount.
